Which mattress suits your sleep needs?
Match the model to your position and body type. If you're a side sleeper, try Cloud 11th (plush/medium) for pressure relief. Paradise (super soft) suits you if you want maximum cushioning and you're lighter. For back and combination sleepers, Diamond (medium-firm) is the maker's best-seller and the safest default. Stomach sleepers, heavier sleepers and anyone wanting a flat, stable surface should look at SRQ (extra firm). If you love an all-foam memory-foam feel but want coil support and strong edges, try Infinity (medium).
Couples can get split and split-head configurations in every model. One reviewer describes choosing his-and-hers firmness in one mattress. The Cloud 11th is noted for low motion transfer. For hot sleepers, the lineup uses breathable cooling covers, and the maker sells a Cooler Sleep page and cooling builds. Allergy-sensitive sleepers can look at Infinity, which uses hypo-allergenic latex. The FAQ says all mattresses use hypoallergenic materials. For RV, boat, camper and odd-size beds, the Custom Mattress line includes split queen and split-head setups that mainstream brands rarely build.
Mattress prices and value
Pricing is factory-direct, with no middleman, built in the Sarasota factory. Published starting prices as of September 2026 are Paradise $998, SRQ $1,084, Diamond $1,384, Infinity $1,384 and Cloud 11th $1,788. Custom RV and boat mattresses are by quote. Those prices sit below many comparable latex-and-pocket-coil hybrids at national retailers. The free lifetime in-home firmness adjustment adds value that bed-in-a-box brands don't match.
There are caveats. The brand doesn't publish a size-by-size price table. There's no online checkout, so you must call or visit. It doesn't publish a return or refund window. The FAQ states 0% interest financing for qualifying customers. The standard lineup is narrow at five models, so custom work and split sizes are where the value story is strongest.
What are the mattresses made of?
The cores are pocketed coils branded American Comfort 800 (Paradise) and American Comfort 2000 (Cloud 11th, Diamond, Infinity, SRQ). Some are 3-zoned for targeted support. Specialty foams include Cloud FOM, pulse latex, hypo-allergenic latex, Energex and Energex Comfy Foam. The Cloud 11th adds a 2.5 inch mini comfort coil micro-coil layer. The Infinity adds a steel-encased edge. Reinforced or foam-reinforced perimeters appear throughout.
Covers are breathable cooling knits with zippered, serviceable access. The site references organic cotton zipper covers plus Quantum Edge Elite lumbar support for its comfort adjustment service. The FAQ states the foams are CertiPUR-US certified and covers can be organic cotton. The Better Sleep page references Leggett and Platt innersprings. All mattresses are made in the Sarasota factory and are adjustable-base ready. The brand doesn't publish overall thickness, foam densities, coil counts or higher certifications such as GOTS, Oeko-Tex or GREENGUARD.
How well do the mattresses hold up?
Durability rests on three things the maker publishes. First, a 15-year warranty. Second, serviceable zippered covers that let the factory open and refresh or adjust foam instead of replacing the bed. Third, the Lifetime Comfort Guarantee, which sends technicians to adjust firmness in your home as often as needed for the mattress lifespan.
Customer evidence supports it. Reviewers describe an 8-year-old mattress still loved and a 2022 Diamond split king still performing. They also describe free in-home adjustments made within an hour of asking. The maker claims coil systems engineered for durability and steel-encased edges. What's missing is independent long-term testing, published foam densities or compression data, sag measurements over time and any third-party lab review. Treat the maker's durability claims as credible but self-reported.
Customer reviews and complaints
As of September 2026, we found no complaints, lawsuits, BBB complaints or negative press. The site shows a Trustindex Google reviews widget with 350 Google reviews and a verified badge, which requires a score above 4.5. Google Maps shows 379 reviews for the shop. Chamberofcommerce.com lists a 5.0 average from 352 reviews: 346 five-star, 3 four-star, 1 three-star, 0 two-star and 2 one-star. The site's own review summaries run 4.9/5 for Cloud 11th and Diamond, and 4.8/5 for Infinity, SRQ and Paradise.
Named testimonials include high-wire artist Nik Wallenda, former MLB pitcher Chris Tillman and a local pastor's organic mattress story. Recurring praise covers owner Sandy's patience, same-week build and delivery, old-bed removal, free firmness adjustments and factory-direct value. The brand doesn't detail a recurring theme among the few low ratings. All ratings come from local Google and aggregator reviews, not independent lab testing. A Yelp profile exists, and we found no BBB profile.
Where can you try and buy?
There's one place to buy, by design. It's the factory showroom at 4051 Clark Rd, Sarasota, FL 34233. You can test every model, see the factory floor behind the showroom glass and talk to owner Sandy. Order by phone at 941-921-7771 or 941-340-7278, through the Contact Sales form on unlimitedcomfort.co, or in person. Hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday closed.
There's no online store or retailer network. We found no Amazon, Wayfair or Costco listings. The business describes itself as selling exclusively from its Sarasota showroom. It delivers across Southwest Florida and beyond. That includes Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, North Port, Naples, Tampa Bay-area cities, Parrish, Palmetto, Englewood and the barrier islands.
Delivery, setup and removal
The FAQ says standard delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days. Custom orders vary and get an estimated date at order confirmation. Shipping is complimentary within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations cost extra. If you're local, you get white-glove delivery within about a 50-mile radius of Sarasota. The delivery page says they arrange white-glove delivery to your RV or boat in Southwest Florida.
The delivery team handles setup. Google reviewers report mattresses built within days, then delivered and set up in the room. At least one reviewer says the crew removed the old bed. Old-mattress removal isn't a published policy or fee, so confirm it when you order. The shop doesn't offer online order tracking.
Sleep trial and returns
The brand doesn't publish a sleep trial, return window or refund policy as of September 2026. The site instead pushes showroom testing before purchase and the Lifetime Comfort Guarantee afterward. If you live in Sarasota, technicians come to your home and adjust firmness free of charge, as often as you like during the mattress lifespan. The FAQ adds that if the mattress isn't meeting your comfort expectations, they offer a free exchange. One reviewer describes sleeping 30 days, then requesting a softer adjustment. It was done in about ten minutes.
The brand doesn't publish a restocking fee, return-shipping fee, exchange deadline or cancellation terms for custom work. Custom RV and boat mattresses are made to measure, so ask about exchange terms before you order. You buy by phone or in the showroom, not online.
Warranty
All mattresses sold in Sarasota carry a 15-year warranty. It covers manufacturing defects such as loose seams, faulty stitching or cover defects. It covers sagging and body indentations deeper than 1.5 inches. It covers broken springs or coils and foam layer issues not caused by misuse. It also covers early deterioration such as premature foam breakdown or loss of support.
It doesn't cover normal wear and tear. Physical damage from misuse or improper handling, such as cuts, burns, stains or tears, is excluded. So is damage caused by an improper foundation. Allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials aren't covered. You pay shipping to transport the mattress for inspection or repair. To file a claim, contact the store. It arranges inspection and repair or replacement. The separate Lifetime Comfort Guarantee covers free in-home firmness adjustments for the life of the mattress. The shop sells adjustable power bases but doesn't publish a base warranty.
Unlimited Comfort vs. other brands
Unlimited Comfort competes on factory-direct value and service, not scale. Against national brands, you get hand-built construction, split queen and split head sizes, custom RV and boat work and free lifetime firmness adjustments. You give up nationwide retail presence, online ordering, published return windows and published spec sheets. Against bed-in-a-box direct-to-consumer brands, you get in-person testing, serviceable zippered covers, larger and odd sizes and no shipping wait. You don't get a 100-night trial.
Against other Sarasota-area stores, it's a six-time local Reader's Choice winner, per its March 2026 blog post. Its Yelp listing cites a 2019 Sarasota Chamber Retail Business of the Year honor. Against premium latex hybrids, the materials look similar, latex over pocketed coils, at lower factory-direct starting prices of $998 to $1,788. The trade-off is geographic. Service and delivery are built around Southwest Florida, and independent testing of its beds doesn't exist.
How we put this review together
We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
