Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Nappedia should be usable by everyone, on any device, with any assistive technology. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

The site is built to support that target: semantic HTML, a skip-to-content link, labeled navigation landmarks, text alternatives for most images, and research pages designed to work with keyboard navigation and enlarged text.

Conformance status

AA is our target, not a certification. We have not yet commissioned a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we cannot truthfully claim full conformance today. When an audit happens, its results will be published on this page with a new review date.

Known limitations

We would rather list known gaps than imply perfection:

• Some legacy PDFs and images of source documents — for example, screenshots of archived warranty terms — may lack text alternatives or searchable text.
• Some older illustrations and diagrams may not yet have complete descriptive text.
• A few interactive elements may not yet announce their state consistently to assistive technology.

If you hit a barrier — on any page, on any device, with any assistive technology — tell us through the contact page. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the technology you use.

We treat accessibility barriers like corrections: they take priority over other mail, and we aim to acknowledge reports within [RESPONSE TIME TARGET - TBD].

When a cited document exists only as an image, we will provide the relevant data in text form on request.
