Research tips and leads

The most useful tips are public documents: a product page that changed, a warranty clause that conflicts with marketing copy, a law-label detail, or an archived version of a specification. Include the exact mattress name and where you found it.

We verify everything ourselves before publishing. A tip starts an investigation; it does not become a published claim.

Licensing, press, and partnerships

What to expect back

Honest expectations, stated up front:

• We read every message, but we cannot reply to every one. Silence does not mean a lead was ignored — some investigations take weeks.
• We cannot help with individual warranty claims, order disputes, or returns. Those run through the seller’s own process. We document policies; we do not enforce them.

• There is no phone support.
