Mattress research touches sleep health, but nothing on this site is a medical claim. We do not state or imply that any mattress treats, cures, or prevents a condition, and nothing here substitutes for advice from a qualified clinician.

Nappedia is also a document-research publication by design: we do not physically test mattresses. Our methodology describes exactly what document research can and cannot prove; a cited construction specification is not a comfort guarantee. Company policies such as prices, trials, warranties, and fees change without notice; we show review dates so you can judge currency, and we link sources so you can check the original before relying on it.
