Mattresses ship compressed, rolled and boxed by FedEx or UPS ground; the archived brand FAQ states the mattress is produced and shipped in 2-3 business days with 2-6 business days in transit, for a typical 5-9 business day arrival, and that it practically sets itself up, so all the buyer does is unwrap it.

Every mattress carries a 10-year warranty covering material defects and workmanship errors, per the product pages and the Sleep Center FAQ, alongside the 120-night satisfaction guarantee. An archived version of the brand FAQ adds that each quality level once had its own warranty period and that mattresses wearing out from normal use are not covered.
