Feel & Fit

How firm is the Titan Plus Elite, and which firmness should you pick?

The Titan Plus Elite is medium-firm, and Sleepopolis scores its feel 6.5 out of 10. The brand's current listing also calls it medium-firm. It is the plushest Titan, with a softer top over a supportive hybrid core. Choose it if you want more cushion than the Core or Luxe. Heavy stomach sleepers may prefer the firmer Core. The current product has one listed feel, so there is no alternate firmness to choose.

Is the Titan Plus Elite right for your sleep position and body weight?

This bed is made for people who weigh 250 pounds or more. It suits side, back and stomach sleepers. Its soft top can ease pressure for side sleepers. The support below may suit heavier back sleepers. Average-weight back and stomach sleepers may also like the firm support under the pillow top. Brooklyn Bedding says the bed is built to support 1,000 pounds. It shows a lab test of up to 1,200 pounds. Heavy stomach sleepers who want a firmer feel may prefer the Core.

Feel & Fit

Is the Titan Plus Elite good for back pain?

It may suit some people with back pain. Sleepopolis's pressure map and notes on lower-back support point to that. Sleepopolis lists side, back and stomach sleepers as good fits, but says lightweight side sleepers may want something softer. That is the review team's view. It does not prove that a bed treats pain. The review has no long-term study of this model for back pain. Pick a feel that lets you rest well. Use the trial if pain or pressure lasts.

How cool or hot does it sleep?

Sleepopolis gave the Titan Plus Elite 4.5 out of 5 for cooling and calls it a strength. The GlacioTex+ pillow top feels cool, and air can flow through the coils. These features may help hot sleepers. A cooling score cannot promise that you will feel cool all night. Sleepopolis says the cover warmed by no more than 5 degrees in its heat-gun test. If you sleep hot, try the bed and use the trial if it feels too warm.

Will you feel your partner move?

Sleepopolis gave motion isolation 5 out of 5. That may help couples who wake when a partner moves. Foam and micro-coils help limit movement. A high score does not mean you will feel no movement, such as when someone gets in or out of bed. Sleepopolis also calls the mattress responsive. Expect some bounce, not a slow, still feel. If one of you is very sensitive to movement, watch for that during the trial.

Sizes, heights and prices: is it worth the money?

The Queen lists at $2,498.67, with a $1,749.07 sale price as of October 7, 2026. It is 14 inches tall. Sizes run from Twin to California King. Short Queen and RV King sizes are also sold in the RV collection. Check the Titan Plus Luxe price before you buy. It costs less than this model. The sale price is below the listed Queen price, but prices can change.

Where can you buy or try it?

You can buy the current Titan Plus Elite on Brooklyn Bedding's product page. Other named sellers are Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond and Wayfair. Brooklyn Bedding also names partner showrooms, but does not name one that shows this model. Call other sellers to check stock. Call before you visit, or order from Brooklyn Bedding.

Build & Safety

How is it built?

The Titan Plus Elite is a hybrid mattress. It has a cool pillow top, TitanFlex foam, micro-coils, transition foam, wrapped support coils and a foam base. The mattress is very heavy. Deep-pocket sheets are advised, but no Queen weight is listed. Get help to move it, and check your sheet depth before you order. The current listing says it is 14 inches tall.

Materials and certifications

The Titan Plus Elite uses CertiPUR-US certified foam and has GREENGUARD Gold certification. A mild new-mattress smell may fade in 24 to 72 hours. These labels cover certain materials or air quality rules. They do not mean the bed has no smell. Air out the room while the mattress grows if you notice an odor.

Build & Safety

Does the Titan Plus Elite have fiberglass?

Brooklyn Bedding says the Titan line uses a hydrated silica fiber sock as its fire barrier. The Titan Plus Elite has no fiberglass. If you own this mattress, check its sewn-in law tag or ask Brooklyn Bedding about your model.

Build & Safety

What bed base does it need?

Use a firm base that does not bend under the Titan Plus Elite. Brooklyn Bedding says slats must be no more than 5 inches apart. A firm box base or solid platform also works. The mattress can go on an adjustable base. Measure the gaps between slats before delivery. If your old frame bends, ask Brooklyn Bedding before you use it.

How long will it last, and does it need flipping or rotating?

Brooklyn Bedding's care notes say to rotate the mattress 180 degrees every 6 to 8 months and not to flip it. This is a one-sided design. Keep the care sheet that arrives with the mattress and follow its rotation advice.

What does the warranty cover, and what voids it?

Brooklyn Bedding offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on beds bought after February 1, 2025. It covers a visible dip deeper than 1.5 inches. The brand will fix or replace the bed for free in the first 10 years. After that, the owner pays part of the bed's current price. Sleepopolis's review still says 10-year limited warranty. Brooklyn Bedding's current policy says limited lifetime. Check your terms for other limits.

What do owners like and complain about?

As of October 7, 2026, Brooklyn Bedding's Titan page showed 4.23 out of 5 from 449 owner reviews. Owners praise its comfort, support for larger sleepers and cool top. Some say it feels softer than they thought. Others report weak edge support when sitting or say the cool feel fades. One owner said it felt too thin. That is one report, not a height test. Sleepopolis gave it 4.87 out of 5. That is the review score, not the owner score.

How does the Titan Plus Elite compare?

Sleepopolis names Big Fig and Saatva Classic as other choices. The Titan Plus Luxe is a close match in Brooklyn Bedding's line. Big Fig is firmer. Saatva offers White Glove delivery. Titan Plus Luxe costs less than Titan Plus Elite. Choose the Elite if you want a softer top and a strong hybrid bed. Compare current prices if cost or delivery matters more.
