The 30-second verdict
The Aurora Luxe Cooling suits hot sleepers and people who want a hybrid with three firmness choices and zoned coils. Skip it if you need in-room setup or cannot wait 30 nights to start a return. The catch is price: the Queen lists at $1,999, and you must keep it at least 30 nights before a return can start.

Aurora Luxe Cooling
- Three firmness choices. Choose Soft, Medium or Firm to match the feel you prefer.
- Cooling features. The GlacioTex cover and zoned coil unit are built for a cooler feel.
- Strong cooling score. NapLab gave the tested Medium with pillow top 10 out of 10 for cooling.
- Good movement control. NapLab gave motion transfer 8.4 out of 10 on its tested build.
- Long trial. You have 365 nights to try it, with returns starting after night 30.
- Queen list price. The Queen lists at $1,999, and sale prices can change.
- Return wait. You must keep the mattress for 30 nights before starting a return.
- No in-room setup. It ships in a box and does not include in-room setup.
- One test build. NapLab tested the Medium with pillow top, so its scores may not fit every option.
Start with Soft for side sleeping, Medium for combo sleeping, and Firm for back or stomach sleeping or heavier bodies. The brand sells all three feels. NapLab rated its tested Medium near 6 out of 10 and says the feel score may not fit every option because its test used the Medium with the Cloud Pillowtop, the cushioned top option. Sleep Foundation lists Medium Soft at 4, Medium Firm at 6, and Firm at 7 in its review, but does not name the tested feel.

The Aurora Luxe Cooling can suit side, back, stomach, and combo sleepers. Choose a feel that works for you. Soft may suit side sleepers. Medium may suit combo sleepers. Firm may suit back or stomach sleepers and heavier bodies. Brooklyn Bedding says the mattress supports up to 950 pounds per mattress. It points people over 300 pounds to Titan. NapLab gave edge support 9.2 out of 10. Its test used one Medium build with the pillow top. Check your feel before you buy.

It may suit back sleepers who want support. Test scores do not show that it treats back pain. The Aurora Luxe Cooling has zoned coils, copper responsive foam, and memory foam. NapLab gave pressure relief 10 out of 10 on the tested Medium with pillow top. Sleep Foundation gave 9.5. It did not name the feel it tested. Medium or Firm may suit back sleepers. Medium may suit side sleepers with back pain. Choose a feel for comfort. These scores are test results, not a promise about health.

NapLab rated cooling 10 out of 10 for the Medium with pillow top. Sleep Foundation gave the Aurora 8 out of 10. It did not name the feel it tested. Brooklyn Bedding describes a cool-to-the-touch GlacioTex cover, copper infused foam, and gel swirl memory foam. The bed also has zoned coils. They leave room for air to move. These parts aim to cut heat. Your room and bedding can change how cool any bed feels.

Most couples may feel little movement, but this bed still has some bounce. NapLab gave motion transfer, or how much movement reaches the other side, an 8.4 out of 10 on its tested Medium with pillow top. Sleep Foundation gave motion an 8.5, but did not state the tested feel. The Aurora uses foam over zoned pocket coils; the foam may absorb some movement while the coils keep a responsive feel. If you wake easily, treat these as scores from tested builds, not a promise for every couple. The 365-night trial gives you time to decide. Returns can start after night 30, with no return fee.

You can buy the Aurora from Brooklyn Bedding. You can also try it at a partner showroom. The brand lists 13 showrooms in Arizona and partner stores around the country. The Glendale Factory showroom was marked closed for renovation at the last check. A store listing does not prove this model is in stock. Check before you travel. Showroom returns go through that showroom. For a warranty claim on a store or showroom purchase, contact that seller.

This is a hybrid, meaning foam sits over springs, with zoned pocketed coils for support. The brand lists a GlacioTex cooling cover, quilt foam, copper responsive foam, memory foam, transition foam, an Ascension Zoned coil unit, and base foam. It describes the coil unit as 8 inches and says larger sizes can have up to 1,032 encased zoned coils; the count for each size is not stated. The bed measures 13.25 inches tall, or 14.5 inches with the Cloud Pillowtop, so check your fitted sheet depth. A Queen measures 60 by 80 inches, and RV sizes are also sold.

The Aurora uses a cooling fabric cover, foam layers, and zoned coils. NapLab found that the new-bed smell lasted 6 days in its test. Brooklyn Bedding lists copper responsive foam, memory foam, and transition foam. It does not list every foam density. Check the product label and current brand page for changes.

Brooklyn Bedding says its mattresses are fiberglass free. It does not name one fire barrier for every model. Its help page says the barrier may be fire-resistant fabric sewn into the panel. It may also be a sock made from hydrated silica, rayon, and polyester. The Aurora product page says it is fiberglass free. It does not name the exact barrier for this bed. Check the sewn law tag if you need to know the material.

The Aurora needs a firm, level base with close slats. Brooklyn Bedding allows a platform with slats no more than 5 inches apart. It also allows a solid foundation, a bunkie board, or an adjustable base. A bunkie board is a thin support panel. The warranty also sets a 5-inch slat limit. Wider gaps can void coverage. Measure your frame before delivery. Keep slats 5 inches apart or closer.

Sleep Foundation estimates at least 7 to 8 years for the Aurora Luxe. This is not a promise of how long it will last. Brooklyn Bedding estimates 30 to 45 nights for a new mattress to break in. Rotate it 180 degrees every 6 to 8 months. Do not flip it. Its layers sit on one side. Follow the warranty rules for the base. Give your body time to adjust before you decide if the feel works for you.

The Aurora Luxe Cooling comes with 365 nights from delivery. You must wait until after night 30 to start a return, and there is no return fee. The Aurora Luxe Cooling has a limited lifetime warranty for beds bought on or after Feb 1, 2025. It covers the first buyer. Brooklyn Bedding can repair or replace the bed. It chooses which. There is no charge in years 1 through 10. Later fees are based on a share of the current retail price. A sag over 1.5 inches may qualify. Stains, liquid damage, cuts, or a removed cover can void coverage. Slats more than 5 inches apart can also void it. For store purchases, contact the seller.

As of September 26, 2026, the brand widget showed 4.57 out of 5 from 4,495 reviews for the Aurora Luxe Cooling. The reviews may cover older versions, so this is not a score for only the 2026 build. Owners praise cooling, comfort, edge support, and back relief. Some report a Medium that feels too firm, sagging, odor, or pillow-top dents. These are owner views, not test results. NapLab tested a Medium setup; Sleep Foundation does not name the feel it tested. Neither tested every feel or height.
