PranaSleep Mattress Review
PranaSleep is a US-crafted luxury brand built around Talalay latex. It has nine current models across the Karma hybrid, Asha latex and Dharma latex collections, priced roughly $2,300 to $10,600. You get natural latex, wool and certified foams aimed at pressure relief with buoyant support. It's best for latex-first luxury shoppers. The caveats are the premium prices, a thin public review trail and limited trial fine print. If you want memory foam, you won't find it here. The brand says never.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?
Side sleepers should look at the Plush and Super Cush options in Dharma Elite, Dharma Luxe and both Karma hybrids. They use Talalay and copper-infused latex for relief at shoulders and hips. Dharma Classic Plush is the entry latex pick. Back sleepers can look at Luxury Firm (Dharma Elite) and Firm options in Dharma Classic, Dharma Select and the Karma hybrids.
Stomach sleepers are pointed to Firm builds, especially Dharma Classic Firm and Karma Select Firm. If you only sleep on your stomach, confirm your comfort choice with the brand. Hot sleepers get Talalay airflow, pranaCOOL covers, Tencel quilts and copper-infused latex. We found no independent cooling test data. Heavier sleepers get firm Talalay cores and Karma coil units with reinforced perimeters. The brand doesn't publish per-weight guidance (checked September 2026).
Mattress prices and value
Prices shown are Dharma Classic $5,449.95, Dharma Select $7,449.95, Dharma Luxe $7,799.95 and Dharma Elite $10,599.95. Karma Select 3.0 Hybrid is $2,299.95 on its product page, while the Karma collection page quotes a queen from $3,299.95. Karma Elite 3.0 Hybrid is $2,999.95 with a queen from $3,299.95. Homepage banners show Asha queens from $5,349.95 and Dharma queens from $7,549.95.
The brand doesn't publish per-size grids, sale prices or promotions (checked September 2026). Financing is offered, and the site has an Affirm financing page. This sits in the luxury tier alongside Savvy Rest, Kluft and Vispring-type pricing. The spec story, with thick Talalay layers, wool, certified foams and coils, is stronger than many bed-in-a-box rivals. You can't verify value without size-level street prices and durability data.
What are the mattresses made of?
All models use Talalay latex. That's Performance Talalay, copper-infused Talalay in Karma builds, and Dharma Elite core latex imported from the Netherlands. The brand says no memory foam, ever. Quilts and covers use pranaCOOL cooling technology and a Tencel quilt. Select models use GOTS Certified 100 percent lofted organic Eco-Wool. The homepage also cites New Zealand wool.
Dharma models have 6-inch firm Talalay cores. Karma hybrids have 8-inch pocketed-coil systems with three-row reinforced perimeters. Foams are CertiPUR-US certified, with Everlast quilt foams. The FAQ says components are tested against up to 350 chemicals. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is cited on Dharma Elite. The brand doesn't publish fire barrier, adhesive or full GOTS and GOLS scope details (checked September 2026).
How well do the mattresses hold up?
The brand says Talalay lasts up to two decades. Warranty banners cite 15 to 20 years, and Dharma Classic copy references 20 years. Impressions up to 1.5 inches are considered normal under warranty. The FAQ says you don't need to flip or rotate. The brand says latex resists mites and mold, but we couldn't verify that independently.
The brand doesn't publish independent durability testing, such as rollator, ASTM sag or third-party longevity tests (checked September 2026). It describes US handcrafted, made-to-order production with step-by-step inspection. The official text doesn't state the founding year, headquarters city, factory locations or parent company.
Customer reviews and complaints
The official reviews page showed only collection marketing and entry prices, with no ratings, counts or owner comments, as of September 2026. A GoodBed listing exists but showed empty placeholders. We found no PranaSleep coverage on Sleepopolis or Mattress Clarity.
We found no complaint themes. PranaSleep sells direct and through dealers, so feedback is spread across retailers. Premium low-volume latex brands usually get fewer public reviews than bed-in-a-box rivals.
Where can you try and buy?
Buy direct at pranasleep.com with phone support at 888-908-2071 and live chat daily 9 am to 5 pm EST. To try one in person, use the Find Your Store locator and the retailers page. The brand doesn't state dealer names, store counts or covered states (checked September 2026).
Custom dimensions are available by request through support. The brand doesn't publish a brand-owned flagship showroom.
Delivery, setup and removal
The site shows a Free Nationwide Delivery banner. The FAQ mentions a no-charge white-glove option, but the brand doesn't publish a transit time (checked September 2026). Old-mattress removal isn't included, per the FAQ. The brand doesn't publish setup steps, delivery speed or geographic exclusions.
Mattresses ship boxed. Published boxed weights are Dharma Classic queen 155 lb, Dharma Elite queen 166 lb and Karma Elite queen 129 lb. The warranty needs the correct matching foundation, with center support rails on Full, Queen and King sizes.
Sleep trial and returns
The 90 Nights Love Guarantee gives you 90 nights to love the mattress. The FAQ requires at least 30 days of sleeping on it before a return. You get one return only. You also get one exchange for a different comfort of equal or greater value, after the same 30-day tryout. Adjustable bases aren't returnable or refundable.
The brand doesn't publish return shipping, pickup, refund timing or restocking fees (checked September 2026). Confirm return-shipping costs and refund steps in writing before you buy.
Warranty
Warranty banners cite 15 to 20 years, and the full schedule lives on a separate warranty card. It covers workmanship and material defects as the manufacturer determines. PranaSleep chooses repair or replacement, and may substitute something comparable or better. Impressions up to 1.5 inches are normal and not covered.
Stains or unsanitary bedding void all warranties. So does a non-matching foundation, or no center support rail on Full, Queen or King. Commercial use, missing proof of purchase, wear and tear and transit damage are excluded. It's non-transferable, and a replacement carries only the remaining term. You pay all transportation. Claims start with the selling retailer, or the nearest dealer if the seller is gone, with dated proof of purchase.
PranaSleep vs. other brands
Against Savvy Rest and PlushBeds, PranaSleep competes on Talalay depth and luxury finishing, with optional coils in Karma. Those two win on organic certification transparency and deeper review trails. Against Saatva Latex Hybrid, PranaSleep wins on all-latex Dharma options and thicker latex stacks. Saatva wins on white-glove delivery with removal, a 365-night trial and abundant reviews.
Against Avocado Green, Avocado wins on GOTS and GOLS certified-organic positioning and published pricing. PranaSleep wins on Talalay variety and hybrid coil options. Against Kluft and Aireloom, pricing and handcrafted stories are comparable. They win on showroom footprint, and PranaSleep leans on latex purity and no memory foam.
