White Noise Mattress Review

White Noise isn't a standalone mattress maker. It's a Wayfair house brand, and outside manufacturers supply the beds. You can only buy it on Wayfair sites. The range runs from budget memory foam (Marcos, MobilePlush) to copper and gel hybrids (Airus, Bryn, Quinn, Soothe). Prices run about $530 to $1,230 after near-permanent markdowns of 20 to 65 percent. Reviews are thin but mostly positive. It's a fit if you want a low-priced, online-only bed and you're comfortable buying without trying it first.

Checked September 2026 against the brand's own pages and public listings. We haven't sleep-tested these mattresses, so treat this as a buyer's summary of what the brand publishes.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?

If you sleep on your side or switch positions, look at the medium feels. Airus Medium, Bryn Medium, Quinn Medium and Soothe Medium are all listed for side, back and stomach sleepers. If you sleep on your back or stomach, or you're heavier, look at the firm feels. Airus Firm, Bryn Firm, Quinn Firm, Soothe Firm and Pascal list weight capacities up to 850 lb. Airus Firm is 500 lb.

Budget all-foam shoppers can look at the 12-inch Marcos and the 6-inch MobilePlush, both medium. RV, camper and cabin owners get the 6-inch MobilePlush. Slice of Heaven at 4.5 inches comes in Twin, Wide Full and Wide Queen for sleeper sofas and guest rooms. Sofia at 10 inches gives you a traditional innerspring feel.

Couples get reinforced centers, edge support and low motion transfer on the pocket-coil hybrids. If you sleep hot, the copper and gel hybrids and the Slice of Heaven gel list cooling infusions and moisture-wicking covers. Every hybrid and foam model is listed as adjustable-base compatible.

Mattress prices and value

These are the Wayfair prices we saw in September 2026. The displayed price is for the selected size, so open the size selector. Soothe Medium is $529.99 (was $1,288.13, 59% off) and Soothe Firm is $569.99 (was $1,441.88). Bryn Medium is $599.99 (was $1,656.25, 64% off) and Bryn Firm is $699.99 (was $1,981.88). Quinn Medium is $639.99 (was $1,390) and Quinn Firm is $679.99 (was $1,412.50).

Slice of Heaven is $699.99 in memory foam and $739.99 in gel. MobilePlush 6 inch RV is $749.99 (was $1,106), and the Queen is $939.99 (was $1,212). Sofia is $799.99 and Pascal is $869.99. Airus Firm and Medium are $889.99 each (was $2,043.75, 56% off). Marcos King is $1,229.99 (was $2,397, 49% off).

Every listing shows an ongoing sale of roughly 20 to 65 percent off, so the discount is effectively the normal price. Affirm financing at 0% APR and 5% back in Wayfair Rewards are offered. A state Mattress Recycling Fee of $10 to $25 applies in CT, RI and CA. Value is good on sale for the spec. You're still buying a white-label product with thin review data and no price protection outside Wayfair's own sales cycle.

What are the mattresses made of?

The hybrids (Airus, Bryn, Quinn, Soothe, Sofia, Pascal) use a performance fabric that wicks heat and moisture. Airus, Bryn, Quinn, Soothe and Pascal add copper-infused memory foam. They use CertiPUR-US high-density open-cell comfort foam and individually wrapped pocket coils with reinforced center and edge support. Airus Firm has 700 coils. Airus Medium, Quinn Medium and Soothe Medium have 930. Bryn Medium and Quinn Firm have 480. Bryn Firm and Soothe Firm have 430.

All foams are CertiPUR-US certified, and the mattresses carry Greenguard Gold certification. The listings describe copper as naturally antimicrobial. Sofia is a foam-encased innerspring with a 1 inch high-density fiber pad on both sides, a Euro top and a box spring.

Marcos uses G Flex cool gel memory foam with a Feran Ice cool cover. MobilePlush uses premium Plushfoam memory foam with soy-based polyols, a C02 blowing agent and no fillers. It has CertiPUR-US and GREENGAURD Gold certification and a GOTS-certified cover (cover only). Slice of Heaven pairs 1.5 inches of cooling gel memory foam with a 3 inch high-density PlushFoam core. It has a fiberglass-free Eco Fire Barrier from natural plant fibers and no chemical fire retardants.

Quinn and Bryn listings refer to Diamond Mattresses. The Slice of Heaven gel listing refers to PlushBeds. That shows the white-label sourcing model. The listings don't publish layer-by-layer thicknesses or foam densities.

How well do the mattresses hold up?

Wayfair doesn't publish durability testing, foam densities or sag data. We found no independent lab testing as of September 2026. You'll have to judge longevity from warranties and owner reviews. The Airus, Bryn, Quinn and Soothe hybrids carry 20-year limited warranties. MobilePlush 6 inch and both Slice of Heaven mattresses carry 10 years. Marcos and Pascal carry only 1 year, and Sofia lists no warranty.

Most hybrids list 850 lb weight capacities, antimicrobial covers and low motion transfer. One Airus owner reports three years of use still going strong, plus a warranty repair at home that was quick and professional. Some reviews are less kind. Airus Medium has 2 one-star ratings out of 7 reviews, Bryn Firm has 1 of 9 and Quinn Firm has 1 of 15. Quinn Firm reviewers say the top fabric lets bedding slide and the edge support isn't well structured. Sofia reviewers report weak sides and box spring problems.

All beds ship compressed and rolled. Wayfair says to allow 48 to 72 hours for full expansion, so early impressions aren't final.

Customer reviews and complaints

These are the Wayfair ratings as of September 2026. Airus Firm is 4.4 of 5 from 94 reviews (63 five-star, 16 four-star, 7 three-star, 4 two-star, 4 one-star). Wayfair's summary praises a firm yet comfortable feel, support, construction and value. Airus Medium is 3.4 of 5 from 7 reviews, with two 1-star. Bryn Firm is 4.3 of 5 from 9 reviews, and Bryn Medium is 4.5 of 5 from 2.

Quinn Firm is 4.5 of 5 from 15 reviews. Customers find it comfortable and supportive, but the top fabric can be slick, and edge support isn't well structured. Slice of Heaven memory foam is 4.8 of 5 from 28 reviews, with praise for comfort, back-pain relief, no chemical odor and value. The gel version is 4.9 of 5 from 7 reviews (6 five-star).

Sofia is 4.3 of 5 from 105 reviews (69 five-star, 7 one-star). Wayfair's summary cites comfort, support and value but also mixed quality, poor craftsmanship, weak sides and box spring issues. MobilePlush RV is 5.0 of 5 from 3 reviews, Pascal is 5.0 of 5 from 3, and Soothe Firm is 4.5 of 5 from 2. Marcos, Quinn Medium, Soothe Medium and MobilePlush Queen have no reviews.

We found no independent press or third-party reviews of White Noise mattresses (checked September 2026). Searches on the brand name return unrelated white-noise-machine articles, which causes a lot of confusion.

Where can you try and buy?

Wayfair is the only place to buy. The brand page is wayfair.com/brand/bnd/white-noise-b52754.html (Wayfair manufacturer ID 52754). The range also appears on wayfair.ca and wayfair.co.uk. There are no White Noise stores or showrooms, and the mattresses aren't sold on Amazon or by other retailers. You can't lie on one before ordering. The only trial is the 100-night in-home trial.

Wayfair runs eight physical stores, in Wilmette IL, Naperville IL, Greensboro NC, Attleboro MA, Augusta GA, Orlando FL, Atlanta GA and San Marcos TX. You can return online orders there in person. They aren't White Noise showrooms, and stock isn't guaranteed. Buying is online only with free delivery. We found no third-party dealers or marketplace sellers.

Delivery, setup and removal

Wayfair ships White Noise mattresses free. Listings show FREE Delivery with a dated estimate, and FREE Fast Delivery on some models. Every model is a bed in a box. It arrives compressed and rolled, and nothing needs assembly. You unbox it, position it and allow 48 to 72 hours for full expansion.

For large items, the local delivery agent contacts you to book a date and a four-hour window. Curbside, front-door and full-service options vary by ZIP code, and you choose at checkout. Assembly and packaging removal aren't included unless stated.

Old-mattress removal is a paid add-on. The product pages list Mattress Haul Away at $119.99. Wayfair's help center says availability and price are confirmed in your cart for your postal code. The brand doesn't publish exact haul-away terms or ZIP restrictions (checked September 2026).

Sleep trial and returns

Every White Noise mattress comes with Wayfair's 100-Night Free Trial. You can sleep on it for up to 100 nights. If you don't love it, you contact Wayfair's mattress team to arrange a return. You get one return or exchange per order. It excludes toppers, crib mattresses, air mattresses and open-box mattresses.

Returning for store credit is free. Returning to your original payment method costs a fee of $49 to $99. Wayfair doesn't offer direct exchanges. You return for store credit and place a new order. Problems and wrong-item claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery, or 3 days for Full Service Delivery orders.

Wayfair suggests about two weeks of adjustment for a new mattress. If you're still uncomfortable after 20 days, they'll help with a return. A state-required Mattress Recycling Fee of $10 to $25 applies in CT, RI and CA. It's non-refundable and not subject to sales tax.

Warranty

Warranty length varies by model. Airus, Bryn, Quinn and Soothe hybrids carry a 20-year limited warranty (product yes, commercial no). MobilePlush 6 inch and both Slice of Heaven mattresses carry 10 years. Marcos and Pascal carry 1 year. Sofia is listed as No Warranty.

Each product page links a Warranty Information PDF. The brand doesn't publish what counts as a defect, what voids coverage or who pays shipping (checked September 2026). Open that PDF before you order. The Airus Medium and Bryn Medium pages mention a Diamond Mattress 120 Night Comfort Guarantee. That looks like supplier copy and doesn't match Wayfair's 100-night trial.

Wayfair also sells optional Allstate protection plans. A 5-year plan covers structural breakdowns and defects. It costs $93.99 to $174.99 depending on the mattress. It sits on top of the manufacturer warranty.

White Noise vs. other brands

White Noise is a Wayfair label, so the fairest comparisons are other Wayfair house brands. Wayfair Sleep and Nora by Wayfair Sleep share the same white-label sourcing, 100-night trial and delivery model. Zinus, Novilla and Linenspa are cheap online-only foam rivals. Brooklyn Bedding and DreamCloud offer value hybrids on sale.

White Noise wins on spec per dollar during its perpetual sales. You get copper-infused and gel memory foams, 430 to 930 individually wrapped coils and Greenguard Gold certification. Weight capacities reach 850 lb, and the flagship hybrids carry a 20-year limited warranty, often under $900. Delivery and store-credit returns are free, and there's no showroom markup.

Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Serta, Casper, Purple and DreamCloud win on showrooms or retail trials, published material specs, independent lab reviews and consistent long warranties. White Noise has no independent reviews and no showroom. Review counts are thin, Marcos and Pascal have only a 1-year warranty, and Sofia has none. Service and claims all route through Wayfair, not a dedicated White Noise team.

How we put this review together

We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
