Tempflow Mattress Review

Tempflow is a California factory-direct memory foam brand. It's built around its patented Airflow Transfer System for cooler sleep and dense Biogreen foams. It offers an unusually long 40-year warranty and a 120-night trial. Prices run about $2,024 to $7,999. It's best for hot sleepers who want a Tempur-Pedic-like feel. The caveats are premium prices and limited third-party reviews, so you'll have little outside proof to lean on.

Checked September 2026 against the brand's own pages and public listings. We haven't sleep-tested these mattresses, so treat this as a buyer's summary of what the brand publishes.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?

If you sleep on your back or stomach and want support and alignment, look at Conforma Medium, EliteConforma Medium or Firm, Ultrafirm or Original Medium-Firm. If you sleep on your side and want hip and shoulder pressure relief, look at SupremeConforma Soft, EliteConforma Soft or Serene Medium-Plush. Combination sleepers can look at EliteConforma Medium or Medium-Hybrid, or Conforma Medium.

If you sleep hot, every Tempflow has the patented Airflow Transfer System. The Gel-Infused Soft-Touch models (EliteConforma, SupremeConforma) and the Glacier tier add more. The brand publishes no comparative cooling test data (checked September 2026). RV owners can choose RV Conforma. Split and split-top king shoppers can get split options on Conforma, EliteConforma and SupremeConforma.

Mattress prices and value

Prices we saw in September 2026 on tempflow.com run from Twin to Split-Top Cal King. Original is $1,873 to $4,049 (Queen $2,435). Conforma is $2,024 to $4,160 (Queen $2,474). EliteConforma is $2,899 to $5,499 (Queen $3,399). SupremeConforma is $3,799 to $6,599 (Queen $4,299). The mattresses page lists Glacier Elite at $4,099 to $6,799, Glacier Supreme at $5,099 to $7,999, Ultrafirm at $2,024 to $7,999 and RV Conforma at $2,024 to $3,037. The Serene price band isn't published.

This is premium to ultra-premium factory-direct pricing. It's justified by USA-made dense foams, an airflow patent, customization, a 120-night trial and a 40-year warranty. Weak third-party review coverage makes the value hard to verify. Confirm sale pricing before you buy.

What are the mattresses made of?

The official site describes Biogreen memory foam with a Tempur-Pedic-comparable feel. The Patented Airflow Transfer System is protected by U.S. Patent No. 7,334,280 and marketed as up to 100 times more breathable. Support uses dense resilient foams: High Resilient FSC Foam Spring Core, channeled support layers and ResiliFlex support. Comfort and transition layers include HD-Plush, HD-Support, Lumbar-Flex zoned lumbar, Gel-Infused Soft-Touch and Plush-Flex.

Original and Serene use lower-density foam to lower cost and ease shipping. Ultrafirm cites 6-lb density foam. The foams are GREENGUARD Gold Certified. Everything is 100 percent USA sourced and made in a Southern California factory. The brand doesn't publish full layer densities, ILDs, coil details for hybrids or cover textiles (checked September 2026).

How well do the mattresses hold up?

Tempflow markets an industry-leading 40-year limited warranty, which it calls 4 times Tempur-Pedic's 10 years. It also advertises double sag protection versus competitors. That implies long-life dense foams. The homepage cites 16-plus years in business.

The brand publishes no independent durability, sag or longevity testing (checked September 2026). It also doesn't publish warranty sag thresholds, care requirements or rotation guidance on the pages we saw. Confirm them with Tempflow before you buy.

Customer reviews and complaints

On-site testimonials skew positive. They stress cooling and breathability, custom comfort adjustments and confidence in the long warranty. We couldn't verify review counts or aggregate star ratings (checked September 2026).

Sleep Foundation, Mattress Clarity, GoodBed and Trustpilot pages for Tempflow weren't available to us in September 2026. So there's no verified independent rating. We found no complaint themes from independent sources. The main visible drawbacks are premium pricing and a limited retail footprint.

Where can you try and buy?

You buy direct from tempflow.com, the primary channel. Phone and email support are (800) 667-1969, (805) 379-4300, contact@tempflow.com and productinfo@tempflow.com. The Agoura Hills factory and showroom is at 28505 Canwood St. Ste. C, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm PST and Saturday to Sunday 10am to 5pm PST.

The site mentions future availability through local distributors. It doesn't publish a dealer list or Amazon or other marketplace availability (checked September 2026). Always confirm model, firmness, size, price, and trial and warranty terms on tempflow.com before you order.

Delivery, setup and removal

Tempflow ships nationwide at affordable rates. Serene and Original get limited free shipping to the contiguous US, with extra charges for Hawaii and Alaska. Local customers within about 60 miles of the Agoura Hills showroom, most of Southern California, get free white-glove mattress delivery.

The brand doesn't publish delivery timeframes, setup scope or old-mattress removal terms and fees (checked September 2026). Confirm them at checkout. Heavy multi-layer builds may need clear setup space.

Sleep trial and returns

You get an industry-leading 120-night (4-month) sleep trial. If you're unhappy, Tempflow offers free modifications or customizations, including custom layering through the removable cover. It also offers free exchanges to another model, or a return. It never charges restocking fees. Returns in the first 120 days carry a $199 return-shipping fee. Local Southern California customers return free. The refund excludes initial extra fees. A break-in is recommended, but it isn't strictly required for wrong-model exchanges.

Exchanges and returns don't apply to electric bed bases or foundations. Toppers, protectors and pillows can be returned only for a manufacturer defect, with a 30-night exchange noted. We didn't capture stain, law-tag and foundation conditions in full. Read the sleep-trial page before you buy.

Warranty

You get a 40-year limited warranty on all mattress models except the Serene, which gets 20 years. The brand markets it as 4 times Tempur-Pedic's 10-year coverage, with double sag protection. Per the site summary, it covers manufacturing defects with a repair, replace or substitute remedy.

The pages we saw don't give full sag-depth limits (checked September 2026). They also skip exclusions such as stains, misuse, improper foundation and law-tag removal. Proration, transferability, transportation costs and the claim procedure aren't published either. It also doesn't publish registration requirements. Keep your receipt and law tag, and confirm terms with Tempflow. The manufacturer is Relief-Mart Inc. and Ultrabed Tempflow Division.

Tempflow vs. other brands

Against Tempur-Pedic, Tempur-Pedic wins on brand awareness, retail footprint and third-party reviews. Tempflow wins on USA factory customization, its airflow patent story, a 120-night modification promise and a 40-year versus 10-year warranty. Tempflow doesn't state any relationship with Select Foam on its site, and selectfoam.com was unavailable in September 2026, so we can't compare them.

Against bed-in-a-box foam brands, Tempflow wins on density, warranty length and factory customization. It loses on price and convenience. Against luxury hybrids, it wins on its all-foam breathability focus. It loses on published coil specs and store trial breadth.

How we put this review together

We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
