Symphony Sleep Mattress Review
Symphony Sleep is the home brand of Innovative Sleep Technologies, a wholesale adjustable-base maker near St. Louis, launched in 2022 and co-owned by Germany's Meise Moebel. You can't buy direct. You buy through retailers. Beyond bases, it adds just three 12-inch copper-infused hybrid mattresses: Firm, Medium and Plush. The brand doesn't publish prices, trials or returns (checked September 2026). It suits you best if you want a mattress and adjustable base from one brand and prefer to try them in a store.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?
Match the feel to how you sleep, then match the size to your base. Firm suits back sleepers, stomach sleepers and heavier sleepers. It stays flat and supportive, and it's the closest to a traditional firm innerspring. Medium suits couples, combination sleepers and first-time hybrid buyers. It's the safest pick if you can't test in a store. Plush suits side sleepers and anyone with shoulder or hip pressure.
The mattress is only half the system if you snore or have acid reflux. The incline comes from the base and accessories. The patented Elevation Kit lifts the whole bed up to about 12 degrees so your head sits above your feet. The Hi-Low Lift Kit helps with in-home care. SleepSense adds Bluetooth sleep tracking with anti-snore auto-adjust. SleepSafe is a fingerprint-locked drawer under the base.
If you use a split adjustable system, order Split Head Queen or Split Head King. If you need a platform bed instead, the brand sells a Classic Platform Frame and a Premier Hybrid Platform Base rated to 2,000 pounds.
Mattress prices and value
The brand doesn't publish prices, MSRP, MAP or a price list (checked September 2026). There's no cart, no checkout and no direct channel. We found no retailer listing with a price for any of the three 12-inch mattresses. The dealer sets your price.
The brand's value pitch targets retailers. Trade coverage quotes the company saying its base packaging returns up to 50 cents for every dollar spent on freight and storage. That includes 50 percent more king ES200 bases per container, 42 percent more king ES500 and 36 percent more queen ES600 than the previous line.
Base prices are also mostly unpublished. One online dealer, Rest Right Mattress, lists the Premier 400E and 500E bases. Treat this brand as price-on-application. Ask the dealer for the mattress and base as a bundle.
What are the mattresses made of?
All three mattresses share one build, listed in this order. It starts with a premium cool-to-touch cover and individually wrapped steel coils. Then come copper and TruGel-infused elite memory foam and gentle support transition foam. A Synergy support system and body support base foam finish it. The profile is 12 inches. Copper infusion is the headline claim. The brand says it feels cool to the touch and holds that temperature overnight.
The warranty document describes the covered parts as the memory foam topper and the poly foam base. The brand doesn't publish foam densities or ILDs, coil gauge, coil count or coil height. It also doesn't publish edge support construction or cover fiber. You can't tell if the cover is removable or washable. There are no CertiPUR-US or other certifications, and no fiberglass-free, flame-retardant or organic details (checked September 2026).
The company says it owns stakes in factories and uses a manufacturing network across Asia, Europe and Central America. It doesn't name the mattress plant. No law tag or spec sheet is published online.
How well do the mattresses hold up?
The brand doesn't publish lab or independent durability results (checked September 2026). There's no density figure, coil spec, compression or sag test, or third-party durability review. The mattress line is recent, previewed with the 2024 lineup, so long-term field data doesn't exist yet.
The warranty is your best signal. Years one through five are repaired or replaced at the company's option. Years six through ten are repaired first, with pro-rated replacement. It excludes indentations of 1.5 inches or less, quilt top deterioration and normal softening of the memory foam. You need a rigid support with one or more center legs, so a cheap flexible frame can void coverage. It isn't transferable, and commercial use is limited to 90 days.
The adjustable bases are the more established product. They're rated to 800 pounds total (650 pounds in queen) with German-engineered motors and ISTA-3A certification on non-king sizes. The Premier Hybrid Platform Base is rated to 2,000 pounds and ISTA 3A certified.
Customer reviews and complaints
We found no brand-level consumer review platform for Symphony Sleep (checked September 2026). There's no Trustpilot profile we could find, Sitejabber and SmartCustomer show nothing, and Amazon had no Symphony Sleep products. Walmart, Wayfair, BBB and Trustpilot were unavailable to us, so you shouldn't read their absence as proof.
The Mattress Underground forum discusses the bases, not the mattresses. Members group Symphony Sleep with mainstream mid-to-high-end bases from Malouf, Leggett and Platt, Rize and Ergomotion, and call them impressive. One retailer member flagged concern about grid support for a thinner mattress. In another thread, a shopper wanting a true full-surface incline found only two options: the Symphony Sleep Premier 400E and the Rize Remedy III.
Trade press carries retailer praise. Metro Mattress president Dino Cifelli says the quality is top-notch and reps train in the field. Old Brick Furniture and Mattress vice president Brian Motyl calls it a very high-quality product and a great brand addition. We found no complaints about sagging, warranty disputes or service failures on the mattresses. The mattress line has no star rating or review count.
Where can you try and buy?
You buy through an authorized furniture or mattress retailer. The brand doesn't sell to you directly, and its site has no store locator. Retailers we found carrying it: Metro Mattress, with 40 stores across New York, offers the full base lineup plus the Elevation Kit and Hi-Low Lift Kit. Old Brick Furniture and Mattress, with eight Northeast stores, carries the ES200, ES500 and ES600 bases.
Diamond Mattress, the Rancho Dominguez, California maker, partnered with Symphony Sleep in October 2025. It offers its retail partners the ES200, ES500, ES600 and both kits. Rest Right Mattress, online and in stores, lists the Premier 400E and 500E adjustable beds.
The brand shows at trade markets, not consumer stores. That includes a Las Vegas Market showroom at C-1507 and, from Spring 2026, High Point Market at Centers of High Point on Hamilton, H-131. Call a stocking dealer, ask for the 12-inch Hybrid Collection in firm, medium or plush, and confirm it's on the floor before you travel.
Delivery, setup and removal
The brand doesn't publish a shipping page, delivery tiers, setup service, haul-away or in-home service terms (checked September 2026). Its delivery story is a wholesale one. The bases were engineered for freight savings, with smaller dimensions, more units per container and truck, better UPS rates and easier in-home handling. The company has since added a South Carolina distribution warehouse to speed shipping to retailers.
Your retailer sets delivery, unpacking, assembly, setup and old-mattress removal. The warranty says the company makes no reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation or setup time. It holds no responsibility for in-home service. Ask the dealer in writing what you get: free delivery, room of choice, assembly, base and mattress setup, and old-mattress removal.
Sleep trial and returns
The brand doesn't publish a sleep trial, return window, exchange policy, restocking fee or return shipping terms (checked September 2026). It doesn't sell direct, so there's no direct return route.
The limited warranty covers defects only. It excludes comfort preference, indentations of 1.5 inches or less and normal foam softening, so a mattress you simply don't like isn't a warranty matter. Any trial or exchange comes from your retailer. Check the return window and who pays return freight. Ask whether a restocking fee applies and whether you can sleep on it. Ask what happens to your base if you return the mattress. Get it on your receipt.
Warranty
The mattresses carry the Innovative Sleep Technologies (Symphony Sleep) Ten Year Limited Warranty. It covers the memory foam topper and poly foam base against defects in workmanship and material. In years one through five, you get repair or replacement at the company's option, at no charge. In years six through ten, the company tries repair first. If you need replacement, you pay charges up to the current mattress price minus 20 percent of that price for each remaining year. A discontinued model gets a comparable mattress on the same formula.
Excluded: the cover and zipper, indentations of 1.5 inches or less and quilt top deterioration. Burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage and stains are out too. So are incidental damages like lost time or rental charges, and normal slow recovery and added softness of the foam. Commercial settings such as dorms, hotels and rentals get 90 days. You need a rigid cross-support frame or bed rails with one or more center legs. It isn't transferable and ends if the original buyer sells it.
To claim, you need your name, phone, address, email, the store and a copy of the receipt. The warranty comes from Innovative Sleep Technologies, not retailers. Some states limit exclusions. Bases have their own terms. The ES500, ES600 and ES700 get 10-year limited coverage, and the ES200 gets 5-year. The S100N, the ST800 upholstered bed and the Premier Hybrid Platform Base get 3-year. The Classic Platform Frame has a 1-year limited warranty.
Symphony Sleep vs. other brands
Symphony Sleep isn't a usual mattress brand. It's a wholesale adjustable-base maker that added three hybrids, so you should compare it two ways. Against Saatva, DreamCloud, Nectar or Tempur-Pedic, it loses on convenience. You get no direct sales, no prices, no trial, no free returns, no bed in a box and no consumer review base. It has only three models. It competes on system fit, since the mattress is designed for its own bases and split-head sizing. It also offers care accessories most mattress brands don't.
Against base rivals such as Leggett and Platt, Ergomotion, Rize, Malouf and the former Glideaway line, it competes on engineering. The company calls its third-motor design the only base that lets side, back and stomach sleepers sleep at an angle. The Elevation Kit lifts the whole bed about 12 degrees. You also get the Hi-Low Lift Kit, SonicSleep audio massage with under-bed speakers on the ES700, SleepSense tracking and the SleepSafe fingerprint safe. Bases hold 800 pounds (650 in queen) and the Premier Hybrid Platform Base holds 2,000 pounds.
The company is international, co-owned by Germany's Meise Moebel. It's growing fast. It debuted at High Point Market in Spring 2026, partnered with Diamond Mattress in October 2025, and in September 2026 moved headquarters to Lake St. Louis, Missouri and opened an Anderson, South Carolina warehouse. The trade-offs are scale and brand recognition. Its mattress line is unproven, nearly invisible to you as a shopper, and has no published pricing or performance data.
How we put this review together
We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
