Spine Align Mattress Review

Spine Align (SpineAlign) is chiropractor Dr. Jason Loth's sleep brand. Its live site now sells only the adjustable SpineAlign Pillow, at $149 on sale, and it's out of stock. Three legacy hybrid mattresses, the Latex Hybrid, Luxury Foam Hybrid and Luxury Hybrid, were built to order in the USA with CertiPUR-US foams. They no longer appear on the live site as of September 2026. If you want a mattress today, you can't buy one here.

Checked September 2026 against the brand's own pages and public listings. We haven't sleep-tested these mattresses, so treat this as a buyer's summary of what the brand publishes.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?

Legacy pages positioned Medium as the most popular all-position feel. The Latex Hybrid used Talalay latex plus copper foam for pressure relief, though the brand published no independent pressure testing. Back sleepers get the neutral-alignment pick in Medium across all three hybrids.

Stomach sleepers were pointed to Firm, described as minimal-contour support. Hot sleepers got copper-infused foam, ArcticPhase or cooling-gel layers and breathable knit covers, with no lab cooling data. The legacy Luxury Hybrid was rated to 950 lbs total, the thickest listed pick. All guidance is inference from archived brand copy, not clinical testing.

Mattress prices and value

Archived sale prices: the Latex Hybrid was Twin XL $1,599, Queen $1,899, King and CA King $2,199, and Split King one-side $1,599 (compare-at $1,899 to $2,485, February 2025 copy). The Luxury Foam Hybrid was Twin $1,099, Twin XL $1,199, Full $1,299, Queen $1,499, King and CA King $1,799, and Split King one-side $1,199 (compare-at $1,325 to $2,100, August 2024 copy).

The Luxury Hybrid Twin Medium was $1,299, marked down from $1,450 (March 2023 copy). The brand didn't capture other sizes. The current pillow is $149 on sale (list $165) and out of stock.

Legacy pricing sat in the premium online hybrid band, with frequent markdowns. No live mattress prices exist as of September 2026, so you can't verify value today.

What are the mattresses made of?

The Latex Hybrid had two high-density quilt foam layers with cooling gel, copper-infused memory foam, Talalay latex and a latex transition layer. Below sat 8-inch Ascension encased coils with steel edges (852 pocket coils), a heavy circular-knit panel and a natural chemical-free fire barrier.

The Luxury Foam Hybrid had a stretchable breathable top cover, gel-infused memory foam and three layers of copper-infused pneumatic memory foam. It used a pocketed coil system with shock-absorbing base foam. The Luxury Hybrid had a copper-infused foam top, an ArcticPhase cooling-gel layer and CertiPUR-US certified poly foams over pocketed coils.

The live pillow has a polyester cover with mesh sides and shredded polyurethane foam fill. It's about 24 x 17 x 5 inches and fill-adjustable. The brand doesn't publish foam densities, ILD, latex content, coil gauges or GOTS, GOLS or OEKO-TEX claims (checked September 2026).

How well do the mattresses hold up?

Archived pages stated a 10-year limited warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. Rotate every 6 to 8 months and never flip. Slatted foundations needed gaps of at most 4 inches. A platform, box spring or adjustable base was recommended.

We found no independent durability testing. The brand doesn't publish sag depths or exclusions for mattresses. The current pillow carries a 5-year limited warranty. Missing durability data is the key gap before you buy any relisted mattress.

Customer reviews and complaints

The live pillow page shows 4.73 out of 5 from 262 buyer reviews, with brand-curated excerpts on adaptability and neck comfort. The pillow is out of stock. Tuck and Mattress Clarity gave the pillow non-medical reviews, referenced on the live site.

Archived mattress pages loaded a review widget, but ratings and text weren't available in September 2026. The brand doesn't publish a BBB rating or complaint counts. Read any relisted reviews before you buy.

Where can you try and buy?

You can buy online only at spinealign.com. We found no retail partners, marketplaces, store locator or showroom program. Legacy mattresses sold direct from the same domain, built to order and shipped from the US west coast.

As of September 2026 the live store lists only the SpineAlign Pillow and an organic pillow. The flagship pillow is out of stock, with restock email alerts. Contact is info@spinealign.com or +1 480-323-8831. The brand doesn't publish in-store try-outs.

Delivery, setup and removal

Legacy mattress terms from a 2023 page: free shipping on contiguous US orders. Mattresses were built to order in about 5 to 8 business days. They shipped compressed in a 19 x 19 x 45 inch box via FedEx Ground from the west coast, with about 3 to 5 business days in transit. Pandemic-era delay notices applied then.

The current pillow ships free within the contiguous US. Outside it, email info@spinealign.com. The brand doesn't publish setup, white-glove service or old-mattress removal. Legacy mattresses fit platform, box spring or adjustable bases, with slat gaps of at most 4 inches.

Sleep trial and returns

Legacy mattress terms: you could return after a required 30-day adjustment period and within 100 days of delivery. Pages also advertised a 100-night trial, and a 120-night badge appeared once. After approval you had 30 days to finish the return. The FAQ mentioned wrong-firmness exchanges.

The current pillow has a 60-night trial that requires at least 30 nights of use. Returns before 30 nights carry a 25% restocking fee. Email info@spinealign.com with your order number within 60 nights, wait for approval, then ship it back within two weeks. You pay return shipping. The pillow must be free of stains, tears and misuse.

Confirm the live terms if mattresses are relisted.

Warranty

The legacy mattress warranty was 10 years limited, covering defects in materials or craftsmanship. Full terms sat on a warranty page that we couldn't view. The brand doesn't publish sag minimums, proration, transferability or claim steps (checked September 2026).

The current pillow has a 5-year limited warranty for the original purchaser, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. It excludes normal wear, softening, discoloration, rips, stains, burns, machine washing damage and misuse. Claims go to info@spinealign.com with your order number, a description and photos.

Spine Align vs. other brands

Against Saatva Latex Hybrid, the legacy Latex Hybrid matched on Talalay-over-coils construction and the USA-made story at a similar price. Saatva shows live pricing, trials and white-glove delivery. Spine Align mattresses are offline.

Against Brooklyn Bedding and Arizona Premium, builds were comparable, but those rivals publish live specs and latex certifications. Against Casper, Nectar and Helix, the legacy Foam Hybrid matched on copper-gel cooling and 100-night-style trials, but those brands offer live checkout and deeper reviews. Dr. Loth's alignment positioning and the adjustable pillow set it apart.

How we put this review together

We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
