Quilbed Mattress Review
Quilbed is the Mattress Hub house line. You can buy it only through the Kansas retailer's stores and mattresshub.com. There are five models, from $500 to $1,300 on sale. The Hybrid flagship pairs copper-infused latex with micro-coils and memory foam in a plush feel. Public specs are thin, the product pages show zero reviews and trial terms aren't published. So shop in store, and confirm the terms in writing before you buy.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?
If you sleep on your side and want pressure relief, look at the Quilbed Hybrid or Quilbed Plush. Both are tagged Plush and Side Sleeper. Back sleepers who want firmer alignment should look at Quilbed Firm or Quilbed Select. Both are tagged Firm and Back Sleeper.
If you sleep hot, try the Hybrid, which claims copper-infused latex plus micro-coil airflow. Performance Plush has a cooling-gel claim. No comparative cooling test data is published. Couples who want motion isolation can look at any model tagged Motion Separation. The Hybrid's individually wrapped micro-coils are the most specific claim. On a budget, start with Select (from $500), then Firm or Plush (from $750). The retailer doesn't publish firmness numbers, heights or weight limits (checked September 2026), so test in store.
Mattress prices and value
Sale prices on mattresshub.com in September 2026, under a Labor Day Extravaganza Extended banner: Quilbed Select from $500.00 (was $800.00). Quilbed Firm from $750.00 (was $1,050.00). Quilbed Plush from $750.00 (was $1,050.00). Quilbed Performance Plush from $1,200.00 (was $1,400.00). Quilbed Hybrid from $1,300.00 (was $1,500.00). The page excerpts show only from-prices, not per-size prices.
Entry Select undercuts most national hybrids. The Hybrid flagship at $1,300 with latex plus micro-coils reads as competitive on paper. But thin specs, zero reviews and unpublished trial and warranty length limit your confidence in the value. Confirm your final size price, the Comfort Guarantee terms and the warranty length in writing before you buy. Foundation upsells cost extra, such as Motion 500 bases and the TMH Black Box Spring.
What are the mattresses made of?
The Hybrid has a designer knit cover that stretches in four directions. Under it are memory foam with air-cushioning for cradling and temperature regulation, and a copper-infused Perpetua Latex layer. Individually wrapped micro-coils give targeted support, pressure relief, lower motion transfer and airflow. Thick super-soft upholstery foam and a foam core with a medium-firm feel complete it.
Performance Plush has a stretch-knit cover, memory foam, cooling gel, soft padding and a supportive base. Firm has gel memory foam, conforming padding layers and a supportive base. Plush has super-soft upholstery foam, gel cushioning, a stretch cover, conforming padding and a supportive base. Select has no published layer breakdown.
The retailer doesn't publish certifications such as CertiPUR-US, GOTS, OEKO-TEX or Greenguard. It also doesn't publish foam densities, coil counts, latex type and percentage, cover fabric content or mattress heights (checked September 2026).
How well do the mattresses hold up?
Mattress Hub's Quilbed pages publish no durability, sagging or longevity data (checked September 2026). We found no third-party endurance testing or long-term owner reports. There are only indirect signals. The Hybrid has foam-core and upholstery-foam construction with a medium-firm feel claim. It also has a micro-coil unit plus a latex comfort layer, which are generally seen as the more resilient parts. Mattress Hub publishes no density, gauge or lifecycle figures.
Expected hold-up isn't published. Treat it as a store-tested purchase. Get the maker's warranty length and sag-depth threshold in writing at sale.
Customer reviews and complaints
In September 2026, every Quilbed model we checked showed zero reviews. The Hybrid, Firm, Plush and Select pages each say there are no reviews yet. The Plush page shows Reviews (0). We found no third-party Quilbed reviews on independent sleep publications, marketplaces or review platforms, and no complaint pattern, since there's no review base.
Service reviews exist for The Mattress Hub in general. They aren't Quilbed-specific, so we left them out to avoid misattribution.
Where can you try and buy?
You can shop in store at The Mattress Hub's Kansas stores. The retailer describes itself as community-rooted, with sales staff in store, and invites you to drop by a location. Call 844.425.0379. Listed hours are Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm and Sunday 12pm to 6pm. Use the retailer's Locations and Find a Store pages to confirm the nearest showroom and whether it has a Quilbed floor model.
Online, you can use the Quilbed product pages on mattresshub.com. Quilbed is a Mattress Hub house line with no independent brand site or outside retailer. If you can't visit a store, call before ordering to confirm size availability, price and terms.
Delivery, setup and removal
The Quilbed page excerpts don't publish standard delivery, white-glove setup or old-mattress removal terms (checked September 2026). They carry no shipping method, fee, timeline, service area, setup or haul-away terms. Mattress Hub markets in-store pickup and local fulfillment through its Kansas stores. It also has online checkout with foundation add-ons, such as Motion 500 bases and the TMH Black Box Spring.
Confirm these in writing before you buy. Ask about the delivery zone and fee, and the delivery timeframe. Ask whether setup and old-mattress removal are offered and at what cost. Also ask whether the Hybrid ships as a Bed In Box.
Sleep trial and returns
The brand doesn't publish the sleep-trial length, return window, exchange steps or fees for Quilbed (checked September 2026). Product pages show only program labels: Best Price Guarantee, Financing Options and Comfort Guarantee. They give no durations, conditions, restocking or pickup fees, or refund-versus-exchange details. The Comfort Guarantee page has a title, but its operative terms weren't available to us.
Don't assume anything. Ask the store to put these in writing before you buy. Get the trial-night count and any required break-in period. Get exchange limits, fees and mattress condition rules. Ask who pays return shipping.
Warranty
Mattress Hub's warranties page says every mattress comes with a manufacturer warranty. Warranties come from the product's manufacturer, not The Mattress Hub. The retailer helps you file. A review may take 4 to 6 weeks, and the maker asks for at least one photo of the problem area. You stay responsible for shipping and handling costs on approved claims.
The brand doesn't publish Quilbed-specific warranty length, sag-depth threshold or covered versus excluded defects (checked September 2026). Confirm the Quilbed maker warranty document, year count (full versus prorated) and claim process in writing at purchase. Restonic, Tempur-Pedic, Diamond, Malouf and Solstice/Jamison file directly. No Quilbed-specific filing exception is stated.
Quilbed vs. other brands
Against national value hybrids like Allswell, Zinus and Ashley Chime, Quilbed Select from $500 and Firm or Plush from $750 price near or below entry hybrids. They don't have those brands' large review bases or published trial terms. Against latex hybrids like Awara, Eco Terra and Plank, the Hybrid's copper-infused latex plus micro-coil story at $1,300 is price-competitive on paper. It lacks published latex content, certifications and performance testing.
Against Mattress Hub's national brands (Restonic, Tempur-Pedic, Diamond, Malouf), Quilbed is the store-exclusive house line you can only test and buy there. Those brands offer national reviews and maker-direct warranty filing. Shop Quilbed when you can test it locally and lock terms in writing. Shop national brands when you need clear specs and trials.
How we put this review together
We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
