Qube Sleep Mattress Review
Qube Sleep is the BedMart house-brand mattress line. You'll find it only in BedMart's 40-plus Oregon, Washington and Hawaii stores and at shopbedmart.com. Seven gel-cube models (CoreQUBE, Immerse, Intrigue, Indulge and three INTELLIQUBE hybrids) run roughly $2,599 to $13,398. They come with a 365-night exchange-only guarantee and a 20-year non-prorated manufacturer warranty. It's best if you want to test a cooling-gel bed in a store. Which mattress suits your sleep needs?
Side sleepers can start with the Distinction INTELLIQUBE (medium-soft) or the CoreQUBE and Indulge (medium) for shoulder and hip relief. Back sleepers should test the Intrigue and Elite INTELLIQUBE (extra firm) plus the Immerse. Stomach sleepers should ask staff for the firmest build, since only the Intrigue and Elite carry extra-firm graphics.
Combination sleepers and couples may like the coil hybrids (Intrigue, Immerse and all three INTELLIQUBE models) for easy movement and the gel-cube motion-isolation claim. Heavier sleepers can lean to the five-zone, 948-coil INTELLIQUBE flagships with foam-encased edges. The whole line is pitched at cooling, and the Kikoo graphite-band flagships make the strongest claims. All of this comes from the brand. The brand doesn't publish firmness or pressure-mapping data from independent testers (checked September 2026).
Mattress prices and value
The line runs about $2,599 (CoreQUBE XL Twin, North West) to $13,398 (Distinction Split King or Split Cal King, Hawaii). North West Queens are $2,999 for the CoreQUBE and $4,199 each for the Immerse, Intrigue and Indulge. The Elite INTELLIQUBE is $5,499, the Signature $5,999 and the Distinction $6,499. Hawaii Queens run $700 higher on most models.
This is premium house-brand pricing, far above online gel and hybrid rivals. BedMart justifies it with the 1,116-cube gel construction, Talalay latex, zoned-coil flagships, 365-night exchange rights and a 20-year non-prorated warranty. Value is hard to verify, because the brand doesn't publish foam certifications, coil counts below the flagships or independent test data (checked September 2026). Check live BedMart pricing by size and zone before you buy.
What are the mattresses made of?
Covers are Tencel and cooling-yarn blends on the flagships and cool-touch knits elsewhere. The patented QUBE gel-cube comfort layers hold 1,116 cubes, in 4.6lb memory foam on the CoreQUBE and 8lb gel-shell memory foam on the flagships. Memory foams run up to 8.0lb and 5lb densities where stated. The flagships add graphite-infused Talalay latex (24 ILD), copper-infused memory foam and Kikoo graphite thermal-regulation bands.
Coils are pocketed tempered steel. The flagships have 948 coils at 13.5 gauge in five zones, and the Intrigue has a three-zone pencil-coil center. Edges are foam-encased and bases are high-density foam. The brand doesn't publish fire barriers, adhesives, cover fiber percentages, full layer thicknesses, or certifications such as CertiPUR-US, GOTS, OEKO-TEX or Greenguard (checked September 2026). BedMart says Qube Sleep was founded by two industry veterans and made by Sound Sleep Products and partners in the Pacific Northwest.
How well do the mattresses hold up?
Durability claims come from the brand only. All models carry a 20-year non-prorated warranty, and the build uses high-density base foams, tempered-steel coils, foam-encased edges and five-zone construction on the flagships. The brand doesn't publish lab durability results, sag-depth statistics or coil-fatigue data (checked September 2026).
BedMart's warranty FAQ says coverage generally targets measurable defects. Those are body impressions over 1.5 in on quilted tops and 0.75 in on memory foam, not gradual comfort loss. Use a proper foundation or adjustable base. Keep the law tag and receipts. Use a waterproof protector, since stains void your exchange and warranty rights. Rotate only if the model is flippable.
Customer reviews and complaints
None of the seven live Qube product pages showed star ratings, review counts or written reviews. The CoreQUBE page has an empty review form, and the Q and A sections have no questions yet. We couldn't find ratings for Qube Sleep on Google, BBB, GoodBed, Sleep Foundation, Sleepopolis, Mattress Clarity or RTINGS (checked September 2026).
BedMart is a family-owned chain since 1992 with 40-plus stores. Its satisfaction and restorative-sleep claims are marketing, not review data. Read recent BedMart store and site reviews for your exact model before you buy, since house-brand builds rotate and older feedback may describe different constructions.
Where can you try and buy?
Buy only through BedMart. It has 40-plus family-owned stores across Oregon and Hawaii, and delivery also reaches SW Washington. Use the store locator at shopbedmart.com or call (503)-546-3300. You can also buy online at shopbedmart.com, with ZIP-based local inventory and delivery.
Test each finalist in store for 10-plus minutes in your sleep position. Qube Sleep has no standalone site, and we found no third-party dealers. BedMart's brand page says Qube is sold only through authorized dealers. Other lines on the same floors include Sound Sleep Products, Parklane, BedTech, King Koil, Kingsdown, Sealy and Tempur-Pedic.
Delivery, setup and removal
BedMart trucks deliver in Oregon, SW Washington and Hawaii, as soon as next day. Free smartDROP service leaves the factory packaging at your door, garage or a first-floor weather-protected area. It doesn't include room placement, unpacking or assembly. Free white-glove delivery comes with purchases of $1,499.95 or more after discounts (a $149.95 value). It has a 2-hour window, unpacking and setup. All Qube Queens qualify.
Old-mattress set removal costs $35 per piece (mattress, boxspring, standard metal frame). Bed-in-a-box courier shipping is free within 5 to 10 days to 48 states, not Alaska. Oversized flat-rate shipping averages 1 to 2 weeks in the contiguous US. Free warehouse pickup is available at Wilsonville OR plus Central OR, Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Big Island warehouses. Frame, foundation and adjustable-base add-ons are offered at checkout. Confirm exact fees and windows by ZIP before you pay.
Sleep trial and returns
BedMart's 365 Night Comfort Guarantee is exchange-only, not money-back. You get one mattress exchange within 365 nights of purchase, after a required 30-night break-in. The handling fee is $299.95 within the local delivery zone. Exchanges outside it pay current delivery rates.
The guarantee covers the mattress only. Stained or unsanitary mattresses can't be exchanged or warranted. Exchanged mattresses, and all sales tagged outlet, clearance, floor model or as-is, are final sale with no manufacturer warranty. The brand doesn't publish restocking percentages, refund mechanics or multi-exchange rights (checked September 2026). Re-check the live guarantee text before you buy.
Warranty
Every Qube mattress carries a 20-year non-prorated manufacturer warranty, per all seven BedMart product pages. The manufacturer alone honors it. Coverage generally targets measurable structural defects and body impressions over 1.5 in on quilted tops and 0.75 in on memory foam, not gradual comfort loss.
Exclusions generally include stains, burns, mold, firmness preference, damage from an improper foundation, handles and misuse. Keep receipts, paperwork and the sewn-in law tags, since removing them can void coverage. Free claim-filing help is offered through MyMattressWarranty.com. The brand doesn't publish per-model warranty cards, sag minimums, foundation requirements or claim remedies (checked September 2026). Read the card packed with your exact model.
Qube Sleep vs. other brands
Against Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Kingsdown and King Koil in the same BedMart stores, Qube is the house cooling-gel alternative. It's usually priced below Tempur-Pedic flagships but above Sealy and King Koil promotional models. You trade national-brand research and review depth for exclusive gel-cube construction and a 20-year non-prorated term. The brand doesn't publish head-to-head comfort winners (checked September 2026).
Against online gel and hybrid brands (Purple, Casper, Nectar, Saatva), Qube trades bed-in-a-box convenience and free-return trials. You get in-store testing, local white-glove delivery and exchange rights instead. Against furniture-store house brands (Bob-O-Pedic, Ashley, Denver Mattress), all compete on store testing over published specs. Qube stands out for patented gel cubes and graphite cooling bands. Only the Indulge and the flagships use Talalay latex, so you won't find a full-latex build. Qube Endure has no buyable BedMart page and no site-search results as of September 2026. It may be renamed, delisted or never listed.
How we put this review together
We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
