Rested Hauler Mattress Review
Rested Hauler by Foreverbed is a trucker-sleeper specialty brand. It's built for semi-truck sleeper cabs first, with RV and home versions. It's made in the USA at the Foreverbed factory and is veteran owned and operated. Three mattress lines run $799.99 to $2,499.99. You get a 30-night trial with a $200 return fee and a marketed lifetime warranty. It suits you if you're a long-haul driver replacing a rock-hard bunk pad. There are no stores and no third-party test data, and the brand shares few specs.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?
If you sleep on your side, start with Medium comfort in the 12 in profile. The brand says it gives the most contouring and hip and shoulder pressure relief. If you drive a truck, confirm your cab clearance before you choose 12 in. If you sleep on your back, Medium or Firm both work, and Firm is the alignment-first pick. If you sleep on your stomach, choose Firm, preferably 10 in or 8 in.
If you share a berth or switch positions, the pocketed-coil build should ease movement compared with solid-foam bunk pads. The brand doesn't publish motion-isolation data. If you're a heavier driver, lean Firm with the edge-to-edge coil unit the brand pitches as sit-able. It doesn't publish weight limits. The mica-infused cooling fabric and breathable Serene foam are the brand's cooling story, and we found no independent temperature data.
Your berth might be an older rig (32 in. x 80 in. or 36 in. x 80 in.) or have cut corners. If so, measure your deck and ask the brand for a made-to-fit quote. All of this guidance comes from the brand.
Mattress prices and value
The Truck Sleeper runs $799.99 (39 in. x 80 in., all comfort and profile combinations) to $879.99 (42 in. x 80 in.). Fleet orders of 6 or more get $100 off each with code SUPERFLEET6. The RV mattress runs $1,599.99 for a Short Queen to $2,099.99 for a Short King. The Home line is $1,499.99 Queen, $1,899.99 FlexHead Queen, $1,999.99 King and $2,399.99 to $2,499.99 FlexHead King.
Accessories include the Sleep Upgrade Bundle (bamboo sheets, Cloud Pillow, pillowcases) at $349.99. Bamboo sheets are $219.99, the protector is $139.99 and the Cloud Pillow is $99.99. Truck adjustable platforms are $799.98 to $899.99.
It's premium against generic solid-foam truck bunk pads and roughly in line with specialty truck and RV hybrids. On the Home line it's above direct-to-consumer hybrids. You're paying for the hybrid build, the cooling story, the lifetime-warranty marketing and fleet pricing. The short 30-night trial with a $200 return fee and the lack of published specs weaken the value. Re-check live pricing before you buy.
What are the mattresses made of?
The brand states one build across all three lines. It has an ice-cold, mica-infused cooling performance fabric cover and Serene open-cell memory foam, pitched as breathable, cool-dry and staying soft in cold cabs. It adds gel-infused comfort foam and edge-to-edge pocketed coil support, pitched as contouring with durable, sit-able edges.
The brand does not publish layer order, thicknesses, foam densities, ILDs, coil counts, gauges, the fire barrier, adhesives or cover fiber content (checked September 2026). It doesn't list foam or textile certifications such as CertiPUR-US, GOTS, OEKO-TEX or Greenguard on any page we saw. The maker is the Foreverbed factory at 2714 S Glenstone Rd, Springfield, MO 65804. It claims American-made materials and is veteran owned and operated.
How well do the mattresses hold up?
The durability evidence comes only from the brand. A LIFETIME WARRANTY banner runs sitewide. The homepage FAQ says the warranty covers body impressions, edge issues and other manufacturing defects, with a free replacement shipment on approved claims. You must rotate the mattress every couple of months and use a waterproof protector, and any stain voids the warranty.
The brand doesn't publish impression-depth minimums, edge-failure definitions, prorating terms or registration steps. Its dedicated warranty page was empty when we checked, so we couldn't see those terms. It doesn't publish independent lab results, sag statistics or long-term owner wear data. Use a proper foundation, because it's required for trial eligibility. Keep your receipts and law tags, photograph the mattress on arrival, and rotate on schedule.
Customer reviews and complaints
The brand's reviews page shows six written driver testimonials, all positive. It publishes no star ratings, review counts or dates. They come from Dallas TX, Joplin MO, Des Moines IA, Fremont CA, Carthage MO and Nashville TN. One driver calls it the best mattress he's slept on. One says it's better than his home Tempur-Pedic. Another says a lost shipment was replaced overnight. Another says it expanded almost instantly.
We found no BBB, Google, Trustpilot, GoodBed, Sleep Foundation, Sleepopolis, Mattress Clarity or RTINGS ratings for Rested Hauler (checked September 2026). Treat the six testimonials as marketing-selected. If you see recent unfiltered buyer feedback, read it before you buy.
Where can you try and buy?
You can only buy direct at restedhauler.com. We found no showrooms, trial stores, dealers or marketplaces as of September 2026. For phone or text guidance, call (816) 803-9799 (8am to 6pm CST) or (417) 658 4394. The address is 2714 S Glenstone Rd, Springfield, MO 65804.
Fleets and wholesale buyers use the wholesale form page plus code SUPERFLEET6 ($100 off each on 6 or more mattresses). There are no floor models, so you're limited to measuring your berth or platform and talking with staff. Financing is offered through Snap Finance. The only related maker we found is Foreverbed.
Delivery, setup and removal
Mattresses ship compressed and rolled in a 45 in. x 15 in. x 15 in. box by UPS or FedEx. Free shipping in the contiguous US is advertised as a limited-time $200 value. Orders typically ship within 5 days, and the shipping policy says 5 business days. Transit is 5 to 7 business days (2 to 7 per the policy). Tracking is emailed with up to a 24-hour carrier lag.
Alaska, Hawaii and other special destinations cost extra by quote. There's no PO box or APO/FPO shipping. A signature isn't usually required, so inspect the box on arrival and photograph any damage. The brand does not publish white-glove setup or old-mattress removal (checked September 2026). Truck adjustable platforms ($799.98 to $899.99) and standard foundations pair with the mattresses. Confirm your base requirements by model, since an improper foundation voids trial eligibility.
Sleep trial and returns
You get a 30-night sleep trial from the delivery date. You must request a return within 30 nights, and the mattress must be in excellent condition, with no stains, odors, tears or punctures. The trial is for the original purchaser only, limited to 1 per household per model. Every approved refund deducts a $200 return fee that covers original shipping and handling. For example, a $999 mattress refunds $799. Shipping costs and financing interest aren't refundable.
To start a return, email sales@restedhaulertruckmattress.com or call (417) 658 4394 with your name, order number, delivery date and condition photos. The refund goes to your original payment method after inspection. Clearance or final-sale items, improper-foundation use, misuse and all accessories are excluded. Pre-shipment cancellations refund in full. The brand published no exchange program beyond refund and rebuy.
Warranty
The brand markets a LIFETIME WARRANTY on every page banner. The homepage FAQ is the only warranty text we found, because the dedicated warranty page was empty. It says the warranty covers body impressions, edge issues and other manufacturing defects. Approved claims get a free replacement shipment. You must rotate every couple of months and use a waterproof protector, and any stain voids coverage.
The brand doesn't publish sag-depth thresholds, edge-failure definitions, whether it's prorated, transferability, foundation requirements, filing steps or remedy timelines (checked September 2026). Read the live warranty page and the law-tag card packed with your mattress before you rely on lifetime coverage. Keep your receipts, photos and tags.
Rested Hauler vs. other brands
Against generic solid-foam truck bunk pads, such as stock pads and Amazon foam, Rested Hauler wins on hybrid comfort, cooling fabric and sit-able coil edges. It loses on price ($799.99 and up) and trial length. Specialty truck and RV makers include Tochta, RecPro and Truck Mattress Co. Against them, it stands out on the Serene-foam cooling story, lifetime-warranty marketing and fleet pricing. The brand doesn't publish head-to-head winners for comfort or durability.
On the Home line, compare it with Casper, Nectar and Brooklyn Bedding. Those brands often give 100-plus nights with free returns and deep review bases. With Rested Hauler you trade that for truck-bred positioning and lifetime-warranty marketing. Queen and King prices are higher too. One testimonial compares it to Tempur-Pedic, but no independent comparison data exists. Tempur-Pedic has testing depth Rested Hauler lacks.
How we put this review together
We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
