Perfect Cloud Mattress Review

Perfect Cloud is an Amazon-first value brand selling bed-in-a-box memory foam mattresses. It's led by the 12-inch Elegance Gel, rated 4.1 stars from 754 ratings, and the 10-inch Ultraplush. The Elegance has gel-infused comfort layers over a charcoal-infused support base. It's CertiPUR-US certified, made in the USA and has a 10-year warranty. There's no official brand site. It suits bargain foam shoppers who are comfortable buying on Amazon. The listing showed no featured offers, so check that it's available.

Side sleepers get pressure relief and contouring from the Elegance, but it's described as firm. If you need deep sink, weigh that. The Ultraplush name suggests a softer feel, but the brand doesn't publish a firmness rating. Ask in Amazon Q&A before you buy. Back sleepers are the closest fit for the firm Elegance and its 7.5-inch support base.

Stomach sleepers should note the Elegance is the only stated firm option. Heavier stomach sleepers should note the 400-pound Queen limit. Hot sleepers get ventilated and cooling gel-infused foams plus a quilted air-infused top, but there's no independent cooling test. The brand doesn't publish per-size weight limits (checked September 2026).

The brand doesn't publish per-size prices, financing or promotions (checked September 2026). The Amazon listing showed no price and said no featured offers were available, so we couldn't verify a current price.

Perfect Cloud competes on low price, not specs. CertiPUR-US certification and Made-in-USA claims are its main trust signals. You can't score value against Zinus or Lucid without live prices. Compare current Amazon pricing, shipping costs and return terms before you buy.

The Elegance has four layers, top to bottom. First is 1 inch of quilted plush air-infused foam. Then comes 1.5 inches of ventilated gel-infused foam and a 2-inch layer of cooling gel-infused foam. The base is 7.5 inches of charcoal-infused support foam, said to reduce odors. The cover is a polyester blend with a gel top style.

It's an all-foam memory foam build with no coils or latex, shipped compressed in a box with low-VOC materials. The listing says CertiPUR-US Certified and Made in the USA. The brand doesn't publish the fire barrier, quilt, adhesive, foam density, or OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GOLS or Greenguard certificates (checked September 2026). It doesn't publish the Ultraplush layers.

The Amazon listing states a 10-year warranty. The brand doesn't publish full warranty terms, a sag-depth threshold or a claim process (checked September 2026). The listing advises allowing up to 72 hours for full expansion after unboxing. We found no independent durability tests.

There's no official brand site. perfectcloud.com is a for-sale parking page. We found no factory, founding date or ownership details, so you'll have to judge longevity by Amazon review history, not by the maker.

The Elegance listing shows 4.1 out of 5 stars across 754 global ratings, with 50 or more views in the past month as of September 2026. We didn't find review text, verified-purchase breakdowns or long-term comfort and sagging reports. We found no complaint themes with quotable evidence.

With value foam, check live Amazon reviews for heat, edge support, expansion time and off-gassing odor. Pages from Sleep Advisor, Tuck, GoodBed and Sleepline weren't available, which fits a low-profile Amazon label. There are no brand-site reviews, since there's no brand site.

You buy on Amazon only, through the Elegance listing. It has Queen, King, California King and RV Short Queen variants, plus the 10-inch Ultraplush version. To set up, unbox in the room, let it unfold and allow up to 72 hours to fully expand. Airing it in a ventilated area before sheeting is standard for bed-in-a-box beds. The brand doesn't publish foundation specs, white-glove setup or old-mattress removal. Amazon value beds typically ship to the doorstep only.

Against Zinus, Perfect Cloud matches on Amazon-first value and CertiPUR-US claims. Zinus wins on published prices, review volume and model detail. Against Lucid, it matches on gel-foam cooling. Lucid wins on published specs per size, visible prices and wider retail presence.

Against Classic Brands, both are marketplace value labels. Classic Brands wins on model breadth with live listings, while Perfect Cloud's main listing showed no featured offers. Against Ashley Chime Memory Foam, Perfect Cloud competes on price-first foam. Ashley wins on in-store tryouts and published everyday pricing.

We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
