Mlily USA Mattress Review
Mlily USA is the American arm of the global foam-maker Healthcare Co., launched in 2008, with the US business starting in 2010. It sells about 20 mattresses. They include ChiroPro zoned hybrids, Midnight and WellFlex foam and hybrid lines, JAMA kids beds, a Manchester United collection and the fan-cooled PowerCool system. Prices run roughly $449 to $5,999, with a 10-year mattress warranty. The biggest catch is that opened mattresses are effectively final sale. You won't get a true sleep trial, so test one in a store first.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?
Side sleepers should look at Midnight 3.0, ICE 3.0 or WellFlex 3.0 for the softest pressure relief. The PowerCool Shoulder pillow pairs with side sleeping. Back sleepers can try ChiroPro 1.0 for zoned lumbar support, or the balanced WellFlex feels. Stomach sleepers get the most stable surface from ChiroPro 1.0 Firmer or PowerCool Firm.
Hot sleepers should start with the PowerCool system, then Midnight ICE or WellFlex ICE with ActiveTemp phase-change material. For kids and light bodies, try JAMA 5-inch (medium-firm, low profile for bunks) or JAMA 7-inch for more support.
The brand states a mattress limit of about 700 lb. Heavier sleepers should pick thicker hybrids like Midnight ICE or ChiroPro over thin kids models. Per-position weight guidance isn't published (checked September 2026). Couples get airflow and motion control from hybrids. A split king works with two Twin XLs.
All of this guidance is inference from the brand's feel and construction labels, not independent testing.
Mattress prices and value
Price bands on the official site in September 2026. JAMA 5-inch is $449 to $549 and JAMA 7-inch is $549 to $749. Manchester United Dream is $599 to $1,199. WellFlex is $1,899 to $2,999, ChiroPro is $2,299 to $3,399 and WellFlex ICE is $2,399 to $3,699. Midnight Hybrid is $2,599 to $3,699 and Midnight ICE is $3,099 to $4,199. The PowerCool Sleep System is $5,999 to $9,799.
JAMA and Manchester United Dream undercut most specialty kids and licensed beds. The core hybrids, at $1,899 to $3,099 to start, sit mid-pack against Casper, Purple and Beautyrest. They undercut Tempur-Pedic. PowerCool is priced as a luxury tech bundle.
There's no true sleep trial to offset the mid-range pricing. Frequent financing and lease-to-own offers (Katapult from $1 down) suggest promo-driven selling. Sale-page discounts exist, but we didn't measure them in September 2026.
What are the mattresses made of?
Mattresses combine proprietary foams over pocketed coils (hybrids) or all-foam stacks. AdaptiFoam is latex-like and allergy-friendly, and no latex is used. AeroFusion memory foam comes in copper, gel or bamboo-charcoal versions. WellFlex uses BioBreeze memory foam. ICE models add ActiveTemp phase-change material.
PowerCool uses ventilated AdaptiFoam and Flex Comfort Foam plus 7-zoned pocketed springs. ChiroPro has a 3-zone coil system. Covers include cooling knits, Tencel on Manchester United Dream, organic and recycled blends on WellFlex, and a washable modal cover on JAMA 5-inch.
The brand homepage lists CertiPUR-US certified foams and OEKO-TEX certified components. The ICA (International Chiropractors Association) endorsed the mattress and pillow in 2022 after a review-board evaluation. Beds are made in the USA, in Goodyear, AZ (644,000 sq ft) and South Carolina plants, with vertical integration.
The brand doesn't publish foam densities, ILDs, coil counts or gauges, or full layer thicknesses (checked September 2026).
How well do the mattresses hold up?
We found no independent durability testing (checked September 2026). What we have is the brand's claims plus warranty terms. The mattress warranty is 10 years. The warranty page notes spans of 10, 5 and 3 years by product. Pillows and protectors get 10 years. Adjustable-base motors get 2 years, with a 10-year frame. Sleep systems get a 2-year base plus a 10-year mattress.
Impressions under 1 inch deep are excluded as normal softening, so only deeper impressions tied to defects qualify. The brand claims thousands of in-house test cycles per product and a mattress weight limit of about 700 lb.
Law tags must stay attached, and you'll need your receipt. Product registration is recommended. A supportive foundation with slats under 2 in apart is required. Use a protector, or coverage can be denied. Comfort changes, stains, misuse, uneven support and commercial use are excluded.
Customer reviews and complaints
The brand homepage claims a 4.7 average from 12,000+ verified reviews. An on-page widget shows 4.49 stars (1,810). The Manchester United Dream has about 250 reviews, praising medium feel, back-pain relief and no odor. JAMA shows roughly 97 to 102 reviews praising packaging, comfort and bunk fit. PowerCool shows about 15 reviews.
On Amazon, the kids 8-inch green-tea mattress is 4.6 out of 5 (about 1,800 ratings). The trifold gel mattress is 4.4 (about 4,700 shared ratings). The 2-inch lavender topper is 4.2 (about 988 ratings), and JAMA 5-inch Twin is 4.6 (13 ratings). The Sleep Foundation, Mattress Clarity and Sleepopolis review pages were unavailable in September 2026. We couldn't verify BBB or Google ratings.
The likeliest dispute driver is the final-sale policy on opened items. Cooling covers shed sheets, per the brand FAQ. Bed clips and deep-pocket sheets help. The brand acknowledges fresh-foam odor and a 24 to 48 hour expansion wait.
Where can you try and buy?
You can buy direct at mlilyusa.com, with phone (877) 475-7768 and email csr@mlilyusa.com for support. In store, there are 1,500+ authorized retail partners through the shop-in-store, store-locator and retailer-directory pages, with ZIP search. The brand says the same warranty applies online or at an authorized store.
Amazon, Wayfair and Overstock sell directly through Mlily USA. The brand FAQ warns you to buy from Mlily USA to avoid imposters. Amazon carries kids, trifold and topper models. Parent Healthcare Co. Ltd. pours its own foams. US manufacturing is in Goodyear, AZ and South Carolina, with five US warehouses. Products reach 100+ countries. The brand doesn't publish a flagship showroom (checked September 2026).
Delivery, setup and removal
Standard shipping is free on mlilyusa.com orders across all 50 US states. Hawaii and Alaska cost extra, and there's no international shipping. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Foam and hybrid mattresses ship compressed and vacuum-sealed by FedEx or UPS to your door. Heavier items may need LTL palletized shipment coordinated with you. Several product pages note expected shipping in 5 to 14 days.
Unbox in the room where you'll use it, allow 24 to 48 hours to expand, and ventilate for fresh-foam odor. You'll need a firm flat foundation, platform or adjustable base with slats under 2 in apart. Wider slats void support and can make foam wavy. White-glove setup and old-mattress removal aren't published (checked September 2026).
Sleep trial and returns
There's no true sleep trial. The returns page gives 30 calendar days from purchase to request a return. But items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Opened, used, damaged, washed or altered items are refused.
The FAQ says products bought from mlilyusa.com, mlilymattress.com or an independent retailer aren't eligible for return. All sales are final, and each retailer's own policy governs store purchases. You use a self-serve Returns and Claims portal. A prepaid label covers wrong or damaged items, and transit damage gets a same-item replacement. Refunds go to your original payment within about 5 business days of receipt.
No comfort-exchange program is published. Warranty replacements may be upgraded, with a possible cost difference. No restocking-fee schedule is published (checked September 2026). Test in store first, since an opened online mattress can't be sent back.
Warranty
The mattress warranty is 10 years, per the brand FAQ table. Pillows and protectors get 10 years. Adjustable bases get 2 years on electronics and motors, with a 10-year frame. Sleep systems get a 2-year base plus a 10-year mattress. The warranty page notes spans of 10, 5 and 3 years by product. It covers manufacturing defects and shipping damage.
It excludes comfort changes and impressions under 1 inch. It also excludes stains, rips, tears and soiling, and misuse or ignored care instructions. Uneven support, a missing protector, commercial or rental use, and as-is, floor-sample, secondhand or promotional goods are excluded. So is damage from foundations that break the specs.
Only the original purchaser is covered. Keep the law tags attached and your proof of purchase. Register the product. File with photos of the defect, law tags and foundation plus a written description through csr@mlilyusa.com, and allow about 5 business days. The warranty is manufacturer-only and doesn't extend store-added coverage.
Mlily USA vs. other brands
Against Nectar and Casper, the direct-trial leaders, Mlily loses on trial. Opened beds get effectively none, against year-long trials. It wins on in-store testing and licensed and kids breadth. Against Tempur-Pedic, it undercuts premium pricing and matches the cooling-material story, but lacks the long warranty options and brand pull.
Against Zinus and Lucid, budget Amazon foam, Mlily costs more. In return you get CertiPUR-US foams, the ICA endorsement and US manufacturing. Against Purple and Beautyrest cooling hybrids, Midnight ICE and especially the fan-driven PowerCool stand out. But PowerCool costs $5,999 or more, with only a 2-year base warranty and no trial. That's a harder sell than mainstream cooling hybrids.
How we put this review together
We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.

Is there a sleep trial?
No true trial. You have 30 days to request a return, only for unused, unopened items. The FAQ says direct and retailer sales are final, so test in store first.
Which Mlily is best for hot sleepers?
The PowerCool Sleep System, a ventilated mattress with a fan base, gives maximum cooling. Midnight ICE or WellFlex ICE with ActiveTemp phase-change material cost less.
Do Mlily mattresses contain latex?
