NapLab's Ultra Hybrid review says to rotate this one-sided mattress every six months and not flip it. DreamCloud asks owners to allow at least 30 days to adjust to a new bed. DreamCloud does not give an expected lifespan for this model. Its limited Forever Warranty covers defects under its terms, but it cannot tell you how many years the bed will last in your home.

Delivery, setup and old mattress removal

Standard boxed shipping is free in the contiguous US; DreamCloud says delivery takes two to five business days after shipment. Without White Glove, the mattress arrives at the front door. In-room setup and old-bed removal cost $199 for up to two items. Each extra item costs $49. That White Glove delivery takes 10 to 14 business days. California, Rhode Island and Connecticut add a state fee. Alaska and Hawaii add $350.

Trials, returns and fees

The trial starts on delivery and lasts 365 nights. An opened bed can be returned from day 30 through day 365, and it must be opened within 90 days. The policy excludes products shipped outside the contiguous US. A local donation partner picks up the bed and may refuse it if stained, torn, or worn. There is no processing or return-shipping fee, but the refund excludes shipping, White Glove, and recycling fees. One exchange is allowed per eligible product, with no processing fee for the return request.

What does the warranty cover, and what voids it?

DreamCloud's limited Forever Warranty covers the original buyer while they own the bed. A sag deeper than 1.5 inches may qualify if an unsuitable base did not cause it. Normal softening is not covered. In years 1 to 10, DreamCloud offers a free replacement for covered defects. Later claims may get repair, a new cover, or replacement. Transport costs $50 each way unless DreamCloud confirms a defect. The FAQ says there is no added charge. The written terms list transport fees. Ask about fees before you file. An unsuitable base or removed cover can void coverage. Contact DreamCloud to file a claim. Photos may replace a return.
