The 30-second verdict
DreamCloud Premier Hybrid may suit side sleepers who want a 13-inch hybrid with a cushioned top and a long trial. Skip it if you need a plush or very firm choice, or want exact foam and coil specs before buying. The catch is that the brand lists only one Medium-Firm feel and leaves some material details unknown.

DreamCloud Premier Hybrid
- Long home trial. DreamCloud gives buyers 365 nights from delivery to decide whether it fits.
- One Medium-Firm feel. DreamCloud lists a single Medium-Firm feel for this model.
- Named layer build. The brand lists six layers, including wrapped coils under the foam layers.
- Free boxed shipping. DreamCloud lists free standard shipping in the contiguous United States.
- One feel only. There is no named softer or firmer choice for this model.
- Limited build details. DreamCloud does not publish foam density, coil count or coil gauge.
- Cover blend unknown. The brand names CloudQuilt but does not list its fiber mix.
- Some partner bounce. NapLab found some spring even though it kept partner motion fairly low.
DreamCloud lists the Premier Hybrid as Medium-Firm, with one feel and no softer or firmer choice. It stands 13 inches tall, but the height does not change the listed feel. Shoppers cannot choose a Plush feel or a firmer version in this model. If you already know you need a softer or firmer bed, consider one that lists those options.

Side sleepers seeking more cushion may like this model. NapLab says it supported every sleeping position in its tests. DreamCloud lists one Medium-Firm feel. NapLab says it suits sleepers up to 300 pounds. Ask DreamCloud if a weight limit is important to you.

Sleep Foundation rated the Premier Hybrid 7 out of 10 for temperature control. DreamCloud says cooling fibers are part of the CloudQuilt top. The product page names the top but does not publish its fiber mix, so the cover details are limited. A review score and a brand feature claim can help set expectations, but neither promises how cool it will feel to you. Hot sleepers may want to compare other outside reviews before deciding.

NapLab found very little motion transfer. Individually wrapped coils are part of the build. Couples who wake easily may still notice a partner shifting, so this is not a promise of zero motion. The review does not say that every sleeper will notice the same amount.

DreamCloud lists the Premier Hybrid at $1,099 for a Queen, with one price and no sale price shown. It is 13 inches tall. Listed sizes run from Twin through California King. Prices can change. At this price, compare its fit and height with your budget before you buy.

You can buy the Premier Hybrid from DreamCloud's website or Costco, which has a listing for this model. DreamCloud's store locator lists retail partners, including Mattress Firm, but it does not confirm current floor stock in every place. Check the locator and call a nearby store before going if you want to try the bed.

- CloudQuilt Euro Top
- Contouring Memory Foam Layer
- Adaptive Support Layer
- Individually-Wrapped Coil System
- Layer Stabilization System
- Protective Bottom Cover
The brand does not publish foam thickness, density or firmness by layer, or a coil count or gauge. It names the cover but does not give its fiber mix.

DreamCloud says its foams are CertiPUR-US certified. The brand calls the cover CloudQuilt Euro Top but does not list its fiber mix. NapLab reported a strong new-bed smell that lasted 7 days. Ask DreamCloud for current material details if those facts matter to you. CertiPUR-US is a foam label, not a list of all mattress materials.

DreamCloud says no fiberglass is used in the Premier Hybrid. The brand does not name the fire barrier material. This is DreamCloud's claim, not a list of barrier ingredients. If the exact material matters, check the sewn law tag or ask DreamCloud before you buy. The model details do not say what barrier sits under the cover.

DreamCloud says the Premier Hybrid works with most bases, including adjustable bases, and allows slatted frames. No box spring is required. The brand does not recommend placing it on the floor or using a plastic or homemade frame. If your bed base has an unusual design, check with DreamCloud before setup to make sure it meets the current support rules.

Sleep Foundation estimates that the Premier Hybrid may last eight or more years. That is a review estimate, not a promise from DreamCloud. This bed is one-sided, so do not flip it; rotate it every six months. DreamCloud's warranty covers listed defects, but it does not show how long the mattress will stay comfortable for you. Sleep Foundation's estimate does not state how long each sleeper will find it comfortable.

Standard shipping for the Premier Hybrid is free in the contiguous United States; the boxed bed arrives 2 to 5 business days after it ships. Alaska and Hawaii add $350. White Glove service costs $199 for up to two items, plus $49 for each extra item, and includes setup and old mattress removal. That option takes 10 to 14 business days.

The 365-night trial starts on delivery and covers dreamcloudsleep.com orders and certain DreamCloud-authorized retailers. Retailers are not named; confirm your seller qualifies. Open the bed within 90 days; unopened beds after that count as misuse. An opened bed may be returned from day 30 through day 365 if clean enough for donation; a partner may refuse stained, torn or worn beds. Returns have no processing or return-shipping fee, but refunds exclude shipping, White Glove, state recycling fees and offer-code discounts. Products shipped outside the contiguous U.S. are not covered. One exchange per product has no processing fee.

DreamCloud's limited lifetime warranty covers only the first buyer. It cannot transfer to someone else. It covers a visible dip over 1.5 inches unless an improper base caused it. An improper foundation or box spring voids coverage. Removing the cover also voids coverage. In years 1 through 10, DreamCloud replaces a covered bed at no charge. After year 10, DreamCloud may repair, re-cover, or replace it. Transport costs $50 each way unless DreamCloud confirms a defect. To make a claim, contact DreamCloud. The policy allows photos instead of sending the bed back.
