The 30-second verdict
DreamCloud lists the Luxe Memory Foam as a one-feel, Medium-Firm all-foam mattress with six named layers and a $1,699 queen price. It may suit shoppers who want that feel and a foam-only build, but it will not suit buyers who need a choice of firmness. The catch is that the brand does not publish the foam layers' thickness or density.

DreamCloud Luxe Memory Foam
- One listed feel. DreamCloud gives the model a Medium-Firm feel.
- All-foam build. The product is listed as all foam with no coils.
- Named layers. The brand names six layers from top to bottom.
- Long trial. The brand policy gives buyers 365 nights to try it.
- One feel only. The brand lists no other feel.
- Few layer details. Layer thickness and density are not published.
- No lifespan figure. No model-specific lifespan figure is published.
- Queen price. The verified queen price is $1,699.
DreamCloud lists this mattress as Medium-Firm. It has one feel. There is no softer or firmer version listed. Buyers who want a choice should look elsewhere. DreamCloud names six foam layers. It does not list their thickness or density. So buyers cannot compare how much foam each layer has. The brand label is the only confirmed feel description.

Queen costs $1,699 and the mattress is 14 inches tall. DreamCloud lists sizes from Twin through California King, but the available listing gives a queen price only. It shows one price rather than separate sale and list prices. Without prices for each size or independent test results, it is hard to judge the value. That leaves buyers without a size-by-size price comparison.

DreamCloud calls this a memory foam bed with no coils. It names six layers:
- CloudQuilt+ Euro Top
- Dynamic Temperature Control Layer
- Contouring Memory Foam Layer
- Zoned Support Layer
- Stabilizing Foundation Layer
- Protective Bottom Cover
These are names, not full material details. DreamCloud does not list layer thickness or density. So the names do not show how much foam the bed uses.

DreamCloud says this mattress is fiberglass-free, but the product page does not name the fire barrier. Treat this as a brand claim, not an independent test. The page does not say what barrier is inside. If you need to check your bed, read its law tag and ask DreamCloud about that version.

DreamCloud says to use its matching base or an adjustable base on a strong frame. The surface must be firm and solid. Its FAQ says you do not need a box spring. A slatted frame is fine. A wrong base or box spring can void coverage. Removing the mattress cover can void it too. DreamCloud does not list the allowed gap between slats. Ask if your frame is okay if the gaps are wide.

DreamCloud says boxed delivery is free in the contiguous U.S. Alaska and Hawaii cost $350. Boxes arrive about 2 to 5 business days after shipping. White Glove delivery is optional. It costs $199 for up to 2 items and takes 10 to 14 business days. It includes room setup and old mattress removal. Each extra item costs $49. Orders shipping to California, Rhode Island or Connecticut get an added state fee, whether or not you choose removal.

DreamCloud gives buyers 365 nights from delivery. You can return an opened mattress from day 30 through day 365. You must open it within 90 days. Products shipped outside the contiguous U.S. cannot be returned. Orders from dreamcloudsleep.com and some authorized stores are covered. A local donation partner picks up the bed. The partner may refuse a stained, torn, or worn bed. There is no return processing fee. Refunds leave out shipping, White Glove, recycling fees, and offer-code discounts. You can make one exchange per product.

The DreamCloud limited Forever Warranty lasts as long as the first buyer owns the bed. It covers a visible dip over 1.5 inches, unless a bad base caused it. Normal softening is not covered. Use a matching base or an adjustable base on a firm, solid surface. A wrong base or box spring can void the warranty. Removing the cover can void it too. DreamCloud replaces the bed at no cost in years 1 to 10. After year 10, DreamCloud may fix, re-cover, or replace it. Moving it costs $50 each way unless DreamCloud confirms a defect. Photos may be enough for a claim, so the bed may not need to be sent back.
