12 PARK Mattress Review
12 PARK (12 Park Sleep) is the mattress label of Jeffco Fibres. It's a family-owned US foam and fiber maker, in business since 1971, with factories in Massachusetts and Connecticut. You get five all-foam mattresses with gel, graphite and AirCool layers. They run 9 to 14 inches thick and range from Firm to Plush. They're sold through retailers such as QVC and AAFES. A 10-year limited warranty applies. The brand doesn't publish a sleep trial. The biggest catch is price. The brand site lists every mattress at $0.00 and sends you to retailers.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?
Side sleepers should look at the Plush 13-inch Ultra Deluxe Gel and the Medium 11-, 12- and 14-inch models. Their gel, graphite and AirCool layers are aimed at pressure relief. The brand's FAQ says most models use a medium-firm feel because the maker finds most people prefer it.
Back sleepers of average weight can try the Medium 11-, 12- and 14-inch models. You get contouring plus a high-density base for spinal alignment. The Firm 9-inch suits back and stomach sleepers who want less sink. It's also the only firm option for stomach sleepers. Heavier stomach sleepers should check edge support and thickness with the retailer, since weight guidance isn't published.
Hot sleepers get the most choice. The AirCool 12- and 14-inch models and the graphite 12-, 13- and 14-inch models are built for cooling. The brand says AirCool airflow measures off the charts under standard ASTM test methods, and that graphite moves heat away from your body. Heavier sleepers may like the 13- and 14-inch models, which have thicker 9-inch support bases. The brand doesn't publish firmness-by-weight guidance (checked September 2026).
Mattress prices and value
The brand site shows $0.00 for all five models (9-, 11-, 12-, 13- and 14-inch) and sends you to retailers. AAFES sells four of them and QVC sells the 11-inch. A Macys category is also listed. The brand doesn't publish retailer prices, size-level pricing, financing or promotions (checked September 2026). Check each retailer for the current price.
The brand pitches comfort at a smart value, with US-made CertiPUR-US foams and comfort-layer densities of 3.25 to 4.0 lb. That's more spec detail than many value bed-in-a-box rivals share. You can't judge the value without real street prices, so compare at the retailer.
What are the mattresses made of?
These are all-foam beds. No coils and no latex core are published. The official model pages list these comfort layers. AirCool Foam is an open-cell, breathable top layer on the 12- and 14-inch. Graphite Memory Foam at 3.25 lb density is in the 12-, 13- and 14-inch. Deluxe Open Cell Gel Memory Foam at 4.0 lb density is in the 9-, 11- and 13-inch. EnduraFlex latex-alternative foam at 2.5 lb ILD is in the 11-, 12- and 14-inch. The base is High Density Support Base Foam. It's 7 inches on the 9-, 11- and 12-inch and 9 inches on the 13- and 14-inch.
The brand doesn't publish cover, fire barrier, quilt or adhesive details (checked September 2026). Its official certifications page lists CertiPUR-US Certified Foams, tested for chemical content, durability, emissions and performance. It also says the beds are crafted in the USA from domestic and imported materials. The brand doesn't publish OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GOLS or Greenguard claims.
How well do the mattresses hold up?
The brand backs these beds with a 10-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. It covers visible indentation greater than 1.5 inches (not caused by an improper foundation). It also covers foam splits or cracks and outer-fabric tearing under normal use and proper care. It doesn't cover comfort preference, indentation under 1.5 inches, normal softening and settling, abuse, stains, moisture, mold, improper cleaning or cover removal.
The brand says to rotate, not flip, the mattress 1 to 2 times per year and use a proper foundation. We found no independent durability testing beyond the brand's own ASTM airflow claim (checked September 2026). Jeffco Fibres says it has 50-plus years in foam and fiber and mattress-in-a-box making since 1971. That's the brand's own claim, not outside verification.
Customer reviews and complaints
The brand site has no review system or ratings. Product pages show only social share counters at zero. We found no ratings for 12 PARK on QVC, Macys, AAFES, Google, BBB, Sleep Foundation or RTINGS in September 2026. We found no rating summaries elsewhere either. We found no published complaint themes either.
12 PARK is sold through retailers, so customer feedback lives on their pages, not the brand's. The brand site's footer is dated 2023, which suggests it's lightly maintained. That also thins the public review trail.
Where can you try and buy?
You buy through partner retailers. The brand site's Add To Cart flow sends you to AAFES for the 9-, 12-, 13- and 14-inch models and to QVC for the 11-inch. A Macys retail category is also mentioned. The brand doesn't publish showrooms, dealers or trial rooms.
You can email THESHOP@12PARKSLEEP.COM, and the brand promises a reply within 48 hours. It's on Facebook and Instagram as 12PARKSLEEP. Warranty support goes to the maker, Jeffco Fibres, at CustomerService@jeffcofibres.com. The brand doesn't publish phone ordering, live chat, in-home trials or sibling brands from the same factory (checked September 2026).
Delivery, setup and removal
Per the official Why 12 Park page, mattresses are made to order, compressed and boxed, then shipped to your door. There's no scheduled delivery date and no waiting for a delivery person. The packaging is sized to fit through doors and tight spaces. The brand doesn't publish cost, speed, tracking or geographic limits (checked September 2026).
To set up, put the box in the room and set the rolled bag on the base. Cut the bag slowly and let the mattress unfold. Allow 72 hours for it to fully regain shape, and air it uncovered in a ventilated area for a few hours before you put sheets on.
You'll need a solid foundation, platform base or wooden slats. Gaps can be no more than 2 inches (unboxing page) or 3 inches (care and warranty pages). Full, Queen and King sizes need strong center support and legs. Poor support voids the warranty. The brand doesn't publish white-glove setup or old-mattress removal. You're responsible for disposing of a warrantied defective mattress.
Sleep trial and returns
The brand site doesn't publish a sleep trial, return steps, exchange policy or fees (checked September 2026). No trial period appears on the homepage, model pages, FAQ, warranty, unboxing or care pages. The site sends you to retailers, so the seller (QVC, AAFES or similar) sets your return and exchange terms.
The brand does say your body can take up to two weeks to adjust to a new mattress. It also asks you to unbox within 60 days of receipt, which is a warranty condition. Confirm the retailer's trial window, return shipping or restocking fees, and exchange rules before you buy.
Warranty
You get a 10-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. It's valid only for the original owner who bought from Jeffco Fibres or an authorized retailer, with proof of purchase. It isn't transferable. You get one replacement per purchase, and the replacement carries no new warranty.
It covers visible indentation over 1.5 inches not caused by an improper foundation. It also covers foam splits or cracks and outer-fabric tearing despite normal use and proper care. It excludes comfort or preference, sag under 1.5 inches, and normal softening or settling. It also excludes abuse including folding (except on an adjustable base). Cuts, tears, burns, stains and liquid damage aren't covered. Neither are mold or mildew, tailoring imperfections, improper cleaning, insect infestation, or use without the original cover.
To file a claim, email CustomerService@jeffcofibres.com with proof of purchase and photos of the mattress, foundation, frame and law tags. Jeffco may repair or replace it, with an equal-or-higher substitute if the model is discontinued. Jeffco pays freight on first-year replacements. After that, transport and disposal are on you. The warranty is void if you unbox later than 60 days after receipt, remove or wash the zippered cover, or use an improper foundation or frame.
12 PARK vs. other brands
Against Zinus (value memory foam), 12 PARK wins on US manufacturing, published comfort-layer densities of 3.25 to 4.0 lb, and CertiPUR-US foam claims. Zinus wins on widely published prices, sizes, weights and trial terms, plus plenty of outside reviews. Against Lucid (value bed-in-a-box), 12 PARK wins on domestic production and density detail. Lucid wins on broad retail availability, specs for each size and a deeper review history.
Against Classic Brands (value foam), 12 PARK has the stronger cooling story with AirCool and graphite and density figures. Classic Brands wins on model breadth and published pricing across major marketplaces. Against Ashley Chime Memory Foam (budget retail foam), 12 PARK wins on foam pedigree from a 1971 US foam maker and CertiPUR-US claims. Ashley wins on in-store try-before-you-buy access and published everyday pricing.
How we put this review together

We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
