Natural Form Mattress Review
Natural Form is a US-built air-adjustable mattress brand with three models: Garden, Refresh and Euro. Each pairs a washable merino wool cover with CertiPUR-US foam and patented Pressure-Free air zones. Dual side dials let you and your partner tune soft-to-firm separately. A 100-night trial and 10-year warranty back it. It targets pressure relief, cooling and chemical-avoidant sleep. The catch is the fine print. You must sleep on it 30 nights before a return, and the brand charges fees on some returns.

What are the mattresses made of?
The cover is washable merino wool, described as temperature-regulating, moisture-wicking and dust-mite resistant. Refresh and Euro copy adds a detachable, launderable design. Comfort foam is 3-inch contouring hybrid foam on Garden and Refresh. Euro has 4-inch foam plus an extra 1-inch plush layer. All is stated CertiPUR-US certified and designed to hold its form across temperatures.
The support core is patented Pressure-Free air pods or chambers: 16 on Garden, and 80 on Euro and Refresh per product copy. Exterior side dials serve each sleeper. Two independent air systems reduce motion transfer, and changes develop over 10 to 20 minutes. Textiles are stated STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX. The brand says it avoids formaldehyde, fire-retardant chemicals, CFCs, phthalates, heavy metals, PBDEs and ozone depleters, and it's low VOC. It's hand-built in a US facility described as FDA registered. Capacity is 500 lbs per side. The brand doesn't publish total mattress height, foam densities or ILDs (checked September 2026). There are no coils.
How well do the mattresses hold up?
The maker claims US hand-built durable materials, CertiPUR-US foams, crater and sink resistance and a 10-year warranty. It covers impressions over 0.75 inch, foam splitting or cracking, and air-system or zipper manufacturing defects. The brand doesn't publish third-party durability tests, foam density specs or long-term sag data, and it doesn't publish expected lifespan in years (checked September 2026).
Support rules matter for your warranty. You need a proper base with center support. Queen, King and Cal King need 5 to 6 legs, and Twin and Full need 4 legs. Slats can be no more than 5 inches apart. Box springs void the trial. Transit costs shift to you after year 1.
Customer reviews and complaints

We couldn't find an independent aggregate rating, BBB rating, Trustpilot or retailer review counts, or verified complaint themes. Check current on-page reviews and request trial-return data before you buy.

Sleep trial and returns
You get a 100-night sleep trial on Garden, Refresh and Euro mattresses and on Garden and Natural foundations. Organic Sheets get 30 nights. Adjustable beds have no trial. You must use the mattress at least 30 days after delivery before you can return it. Start by emailing support@naturalform.com. Approved returns get a return-shipping label, and unsolicited send-backs are refused.
Goods must come back in as-received condition, with tags and law tags intact and no stains, tears, odors or soiling. They must also have been on qualifying support, or the trial is void. The refund equals product cost minus promotions, accrued interest and delivery costs. Giveaway pillows and sheets can't be returned. A 20% charge applies to orders canceled after shipment, buyer-sent returns and returns before the 30-day minimum. Finance, premium-delivery and Alaska and Hawaii charges are kept. For an exchange, you return the current item and place a new order separately. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
Warranty
Mattresses carry a 10-year warranty for repair or replacement at no parts charge. You pay transit after the first 12 months. It covers four things when the bed's continuously on qualifying support with a sturdy border. First is sag greater than 0.75 inch unrelated to weak support. Next is foam splitting or cracking under normal use per the care guide. The last two are zipper assembly defects and air-system manufacturing defects. For zipper defects the maker may substitute color or material. For air-system defects it uses same-or-improved materials, and color isn't guaranteed.
It excludes comfort preference and softening that retains pressure relief (except custom builds). Burns, cuts, tears, liquid and stains are excluded absent a factory defect. So are wrong-frame damage and swapping the non-faulty piece of a set. A claim may require proof of a qualifying base and sanitary condition. Foundations and metal frames get 1 year for workmanship and materials, for brand-built direct or approved-seller US purchases. Adjustable bases get 25-year tiered terms. Year 1 is full parts, labor and transit. In years 2 and 3, parts are supplied and you pay service and transit. Years 4 to 25 cover steel and mechanical parts only, with a prorated share for you.
Natural Form vs. other brands
Against typical bed-in-a-box foam and hybrid brands, Natural Form differs through dial-adjustable Pressure-Free air zones with per-side controls. It also has a washable merino wool cover rather than fixed foam firmness. Against leading air beds such as Sleep Number and Airpedic-style models, it has a similar dual-adjustable air concept. Natural Form stresses wool cooling, CertiPUR-US and OEKO-TEX claims and US hand assembly, at $1,424 to $3,409 sale pricing. The brand doesn't publish independent feature-by-feature testing, firmness-range measurements or durability comparisons (checked September 2026).
Against latex and organic brands, you get a wool cover but no published latex or organic certifications beyond OEKO-TEX textiles. If you want proven long-term reviews or broad retail tryouts, you may prefer larger national brands.
