eLuxury Mattress Review
eLuxury, formerly eLuxurySupply, is a veteran-owned bedding brand in Evansville, Indiana. It sold boxed, US-made gel memory foam and foam-latex hybrid mattresses from about $314 to $1,300. Those came with free shipping, a 120-night trial and a 10-year warranty. As of September 2026, the storefront is password-gated and no mattress can be ordered. If you're hoping to buy one, you'd be looking at leftover stock or secondhand listings. The details below describe the beds as they were sold.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?
Tuck rated the 10-inch Gel Medium Firm (6.5 of 10) with moderate, even conforming. It recommended it for sleepers who weigh at least 130 pounds. It suits back and stomach sleepers who want a firmer foam bed with pressure relief.
The 12-inch hybrid was rated Medium (5.5) with close conforming. Tuck called it best for lighter people and side sleepers who need cushioning, up to about 230 pounds. Latex responsiveness, strong motion isolation and a near-silent surface help couples. Its latex and minicoils also made it the cooler of the two.
The 8-inch, 10-inch US-made and Patriot beds were plain gel foam for value buyers like you. Heavier sleepers, edge sitters and hot sleepers were the least-served groups. The brand never published a true firm or extra-soft option.
Mattress prices and value
The brand priced below the mainstream online average, and it discounted constantly. List and street prices differed widely. The 8-inch ran $313.99 to $420.99 in 2016. The 10-inch US-made ran $444.99 to $719.99 in 2016. The Patriot 8-inch Twin started at $415.99. The 12-inch hybrid ran $900.99 to $1,199.99 in 2020 and 2021.
The 10-inch ELUX listed at $899.99 to $1,299.99 in 2022, while Tuck's table showed $391.99 to $639.99. The ELUX Signature ran $337.99 to $574.99 in 2025. Site banners advertised free shipping, 20 percent off sales and Cyber Week events, so few people paid list.
Verified August 2025 prices for the ELUX Signature were Twin $337.99, Twin XL $343.99 and Queen $482.99. Full, King and Cal King were $574.99. Archived 2023 prices ran from $379.99 (Twin) to $629.99 (Cal King). Sizes were Twin 39x75, Twin XL 39x80, Full 54x75, Queen 60x80, King 78x80 and Cal King 72x84 inches. You'll find the 2022 Tuck table with Twin $391.99, Twin XL $403.99, Full $483.99, Queen $543.99, King $623.99 and Cal King $639.99.
You can't verify a current price. The storefront is password-gated and mattress pages show a placeholder. Today's value case rests on leftover stock, resale or secondhand listings.
What are the mattresses made of?
If you're checking what's inside, the recipe was US-made polyurethane foam. Every mattress page said the foam is CertiPUR-US certified. That means no phthalates, ozone depleters, CFCs, mercury, lead or other heavy metals, formaldehyde or PBDEs, and low VOC emissions. The 8-inch used 2 in of gel swirl memory foam over 6 in of support foam, with a 100 percent Tencel cover.
The 10-inch US-made and Classic models used a 3 in gel memory foam layer over a 7 in 1.8 PCF polyfoam core. The Classic added a stretch-knit cooling cover and anti-slip base. One layer table also listed 2 in of 1.5 pound convoluted foam and 3 in of 1.8 pound ventilated air gel foam.
The 12-inch hybrid stacked 2 in gel memory foam, 1 in BiOH gel latex at 21 to 24 ILD, 1.5 in encased micro-coils and 7.5 in 1.8 PCF support foam. The ELUX Signature used five layers under a polyester cover. Patriot beds added 1 in eLux Energy Foam over a 7 in base. No organic latex, wool, GOTS or GOLS materials were ever published.
How well do the mattresses hold up?
Expectations were modest, and you'll see why. Tuck rated the 10-inch Gel's durability as on par with most memory foam, with a six to seven year lifespan. It put the average mattress at six to eight years. Its summary said the beds conform closely and show little to no sagging.
The 10-year warranty's only sag standard is a visible dip of one inch or deeper. That's the same threshold most mainstream brands use. Testers noted minimal edge support on the all-foam 10-inch, with sinkage likely where you sit. The 12-inch had only fair edge support.
Some new-bed off-gassing should clear within days. The 10-inch absorbs some body heat but slept fairly cool for most owners because of its firmer feel. Softening without a one-inch dip counts as normal wear and isn't covered.
Customer reviews and complaints
Review volume is thin and dated, so don't lean on it. The brand's own widget showed 4.6 stars from 15 reviews on the ELUX Signature 10-inch in the August 2025 archived page. Tuck said 7 out of 10 owner experiences were positive, cited an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, and listed questionable edge support and heat as cons.
Sitejabber shows 3.5 stars from 2 reviews on eluxury.com. Those date to 2007 and concern an unrelated fashion retailer that once used the name, so ignore them. We couldn't verify a Trustpilot profile, current BBB complaint data or Amazon ratings as of September 2026. The practical complaint now is availability.

Where can you try and buy?
You could buy the beds online only, and they're no longer openly orderable. Tuck reported sales on the brand's site and through authorized retailers such as Amazon.com. Customers could add bed frames made of North American pine or reclaimed barn wood. The brand operated no stores.
A wholesale division served retailers, drop shippers and designers at wholesale.eluxurysupply.com and by phone at (800) 977-7433. Orders shipped from 2625 Kotter Ave, Evansville, Indiana 47715. As of September 2026 we couldn't find a store locator, retailer list, Amazon result or live product page. You have nowhere to try one or buy one today.
Delivery, setup and removal
Shipping was free to you in the contiguous US, including military post office boxes. Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories and international orders could cost extra. Handling took about 1 to 2 business days. Domestic transit took 1 to 5 business days, and international took 5 to 10. The brand used FedEx and USPS.
Mattresses arrived compressed, rolled and vacuum packed in one box. Orders outside the contiguous US had to be quoted by phone or chat. Tuck confirmed no white-glove delivery and no old-mattress removal, so setup and disposal were on you. The brand also published a CFR 1632 flammability certificate, made without flame retardant chemicals.
Sleep trial and returns
Terms changed over time, so check what you're told. Mattress pages from 2016 to 2022 promised a 120-night risk-free trial with a full refund and no break-in period. The brand coordinated free pickup. The 2015 to 2016 Patriot page offered 90 nights instead. Tuck said non-mattress items had a 30-night return or exchange window.
The last readable returns page, from March 2025, is a 30-day policy. Items must come back within 30 days in sellable condition and in the original box. The return label costs a discounted rate depending on the reason. Exchanges aren't accepted, clearance items are final sale, and defective items are replaced if reported within 30 days with photos.
Banners from 2023 to 2025 said Free Shipping and 30 Day Returns, so the 120-night trial seems to have ended. We can't confirm any live trial terms as of September 2026.
Warranty
Mattresses carried a 10 Year Full Coverage plan, also called a 10-year limited warranty. It's non-prorated and covers visible sagging or indentations of one inch or deeper. It excludes sagging under one inch and normal softening that doesn't affect pressure relief. Repairs for changed comfort preferences aren't covered either.
Mold, burns, cuts, tears, stains and damage from misuse, neglect, improper cleaning or poor support are also excluded. You need proper foundation support, or your coverage can be voided. The warranty is non-transferable and covers the original owner who bought from eLuxury or an authorized retailer. Secondhand buyers aren't covered.
Other items carried shorter terms. The bamboo mattress pad had 10 years. Some accessories had 1 year.
eLuxury vs. other brands
eLuxury competed as a budget, veteran-owned, US-made alternative to the big online names. Tuck's table set it against Casper at $1,095, Leesa at $999, Loom and Leaf at $2,195 and Nectar at $899. It noted eLuxury's below-average prices. Its 120-night trial compared with their 100-night and 365-night trials. Its 10-year non-prorated warranty compared with their 10-year limited and lifetime limited terms.
Tuck credited good motion isolation, no noise and an A+ BBB rating, and flagged edge support and heat. In 2016, the brand published comparison posts against Casper and Tuft and Needle, stressing foam quality and US manufacturing.
Today the line would sit in the value foam tier. It has CertiPUR-US foam, polyester and Tencel covers, no organic or natural-latex range and no white-glove network. Its warranty is non-transferable, and a six to seven year lifespan is ordinary for memory foam.
