Core Elements Mattress Review

Core Elements is the Utah factory-made house brand of the mattress retailer Mattress Dealzz. The beds are built at the Mattress Dealzz Factory, and the brand has no website of its own. The lineup runs from open-coil beds at about $110 to Talalay latex and wrapped-coil hybrids up to about $2,400. The value is local and in store. You won't find a published sleep trial or third-party certifications.

Checked September 2026 against the brand's own pages and public listings. We haven't sleep-tested these mattresses, so treat this as a buyer's summary of what the brand publishes.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?

Kids, guest rooms and first apartments suit Nickle, Zinc Firm or Zinc Euro Top, which have the lowest prices and a sturdy basic coil feel. Brass Plush 8.5in is a slightly softer budget pick. If you want maximum support, look at Kaylee Extra Firm or Aruba Luxury Firm. For balanced comfort with cooling features, try Kaylee Extra Medium or Kaylee Plush Eurotop.

For a latex feel without memory-foam sink, try Nassau Firm, Aruba Luxury Firm or Trinidad Plush. Shoppers who want the longest stated coverage should look at the 15-year latex models, Aruba, Nassau and Trinidad. Side sleepers who want pressure relief can try Trinidad Plush or Kaylee Plush Eurotop.

We couldn't match Carina Euro Top, Chason Euro Top, Griffin Euro Top or Lyra to sleep needs. The brand doesn't publish specs for them (checked September 2026).

Mattress prices and value

Entry open-coil pricing is very low. Nickle runs from Twin $109.99 to King $239.99. Zinc Firm runs from $129.99 to $259.99 and Zinc Euro Top from $149.99 to $279.99. Brass Plush runs from $169.99 to $319.99.

Kaylee Extra Firm and Extra Medium are Twin $1,029.99, Queen $1,329.99, and King and California King $1,659.99. Kaylee Plush Eurotop is Twin $1,149.99 (listed against $1,179.99), Queen $1,449.99 (against $1,699.99), and King and California King $1,779.99 (against $2,099.99). The latex line is Nassau at $1,199.99 to $1,999.99, Aruba at $1,399.99 to $2,199.99 and Trinidad at $1,599.99 to $2,399.99.

The budget coils compete on price alone, with minimal features and short warranties. The latex and hybrid models sit near mainstream specialty-store pricing. You get local testing and fast local fulfillment.

What are the mattresses made of?

The budget Core Elements models use Verticoil open-coil units with quilt foam, insulator or comfort pads and knit covers. Finished heights run from 5 to 8.5 inches, and the brand claims USA assembly. The latex models Aruba, Nassau and Trinidad use Talalay latex only, with no Dunlop. It sits over a 1.8 lb dual-stage foam core with a latex lumbar feature and race-track edge support. They're 10 to 12.5 inches tall, and the brand claims USA manufacturing.

Kaylee hybrids use individually wrapped coils, 875 on Extra Medium, with gel or gel-memory comfort foam and knit or cooling covers. The brand doesn't publish CertiPUR-US, GOTS, OEKO-TEX or other material certifications (checked September 2026). It publishes coil counts only for the Zinc and Brass models.

How well do the mattresses hold up?

The only durability evidence is stated warranty length. There are no test data or long-term reviews. Nickle has 1 year. Zinc Firm and Zinc Euro Top have 5 years and Brass Plush 8.5in has 7 years. Aruba, Nassau and Trinidad have 15 years. All are non-prorated. The Kaylee pages state no warranty term.

Care terms matter. Rotate the mattress head to toe every two weeks for the first two months, then monthly. Keep the law tags attached. Use a stain-free protector, since any stain voids the warranty. Queen and larger frames need center support. The brand doesn't publish expected life beyond the warranty (checked September 2026).

Customer reviews and complaints

Product-level reviews are nearly absent. The Nickle page shows no reviews yet, and the other models show no ratings or written reviews. The retailer's site has positive store testimonials that praise helpful staff and service.

We couldn't confirm a Google, Yelp or BBB rating for the brand itself, or any complaint pattern (checked September 2026).

Where can you try and buy?

You can try and buy at four Mattress Dealzz stores in Utah. They're at 957 North Main Street, Layton, UT 84014, 801.919.6369, and 5956 South State Street, Murray, UT 84107, 801.919.4852. The others are 1983 West 680 North, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062, 801.227.9644, and 1616 South State Street, Orem, UT 84058, 801.822.7022. The FAQ says stores are open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

You can also order online through mattressdealzz.com product pages. We saw no factory-direct or marketplace listings. The brand doesn't publish availability outside Utah.

Delivery, setup and removal

The FAQ offers same-day or next-day professional delivery, Monday through Saturday, for a small per-stop fee regardless of piece count. Confirm pricing with your nearest store. There's also large on-hand inventory for immediate pickup, plus tie-down material if you haul it yourself.

The brand doesn't publish professional setup details, zone surcharges or old-mattress haul-away (checked September 2026).

Sleep trial and returns

The brand, product and FAQ pages publish no home sleep trial. The terms say pillows, toppers, sheets and protectors can't be returned. Adjustable bases aren't returnable and don't get a comfort guarantee.

The brand doesn't publish mattress comfort exchanges, return windows, restocking fees or return shipping costs (checked September 2026). Confirm terms at the point of sale. Warranty information is said to appear on the back of your sales order.

Warranty

The warranty center covers loose or broken wires and coils, including wires poking through fabric. It covers body impressions of 1.5 inches or more, measured with a rigid object or taut string away from stitching. It also covers tape-edge stitching that comes apart, squeaks and other noises, and defective foundation wood that splits or breaks.

It excludes any stained product, removed law tags and impressions under 1.5 inches. Comfort preference, normal break-in softening, sheet fit, bed height and cosmetic stitching aren't covered. Neither is damage from improper frames. Queen and larger sizes need center support with legs to the floor. Old, unsupportive foundations can also cause excluded damage.

Terms are non-prorated at 1, 5, 7 or 15 years by model. Claims go through a warranty service request with the retailer, and you must follow the rotation schedule.

Core Elements vs. other brands

Against national bed-in-a-box brands, Core Elements competes on entry price, with a $109.99 to $319.99 open-coil range few nationals match. It lacks their published trials, reviews and certifications. The same retailer also sells Nectar and DreamCloud models. Core Elements is the local factory-built alternative with faster Utah fulfillment.

Aruba, Nassau and Trinidad carry Brand_Perfect Bliss tags in the retailer's catalog, not Brand_Core Elements tags. Latex shoppers should confirm the branding at purchase. Against premium latex specialists, the 15-year latex models make similar Talalay-over-support-core claims. They come without published certifications or trial terms.
