Blissful Nights Mattress Review

Blissful Nights is a US direct-to-consumer sleep retailer built around adjustable bases and 16 mattresses. The lines are Bliss, EcoCore, ActiveAlign, Allureluxe, Sofinity and Copper Gel, at roughly $315 to $1,999 by size. You get a 120-night mattress trial and a 10-year limited warranty. It's a good fit if you're shopping for an adjustable base and mattress together. Foam densities and third-party test data are thin, so you'll be relying on the brand's own claims.

Checked September 2026 against the brand's own pages and public listings. We haven't sleep-tested these mattresses, so treat this as a buyer's summary of what the brand publishes.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?

Side sleepers should start with the softest picks by name: Allureluxe 14in Classic Medium Plush, Sofinity 14in Plus Medium-Soft or ActiveAlign 14in Hybrid Medium-Plush. No independent pressure-relief testing is published. Back sleepers can look at Copper Gel 12in Medium Firm, ActiveAlign 10in Medium-Firm, Allureluxe 10in Advanced Medium-Firm and EcoCore Origin Medium-Firm.

Stomach sleepers get the most support-first feel from the 8in Bliss Firm or a Medium-Firm hybrid such as Sofinity Essentials. Hot sleepers can look at Copper Gel 12in, the ActiveAlign copper-gel lines and the Allureluxe Lumi Bands lines. They name active cooling, but no comparative test data is published.

The brand doesn't give weight guidance for heavier sleepers. By height alone, the 14in hybrids are the thickest picks. If you use an adjustable base, the brand designs around articulation, with split-head copper-gel variants for independent head elevation. All of this guidance comes from the names and claims, not from brand sleeper testing.

Kings and Cal Kings run about $1,699 to $1,998 on flagship lines.

The entry Bliss and EcoCore prices sit well under big-name hybrids, and bundles discount bases with mattresses. The brand describes struck-through prices as suggested retail for comparison, not necessarily past selling prices. Confirm the live price for your size before you buy.

What are the mattresses made of?

Copper Gel 12in, as the brand lists it, has 2in copper-infused foam and 1in molding foam. It also has an edge-to-edge wedge stabilizing perimeter, 2in cushioning support foam and a 7in ventilated grid core. The cover is a breathable cooling-yarn knit that zips off and washes. The brand claims CertiPUR-US certified foams. It meets 16 CFR Part 1633 open-flame rules and makes hypoallergenic and antimicrobial claims.

ActiveAlign uses copper-gel memory foam plus latex-like reactive foam. The 12in and 14in have zoned support foam. All-foam versions use an Air Grid articulated base, and the 14in hybrid has foam-encased pocketed coils. Allureluxe has Lumi Bands natural-graphite cooling strips and ventilated bamboo-charcoal memory foam. It also has gel foam, Air Grid foam and pocketed coils, 5in on the 10in and 6in on the 12in.

EcoCore uses soy-derived bio-based open-cell air foam and plush air ridge or gel foam. Origin has an Air Channel base. Premium and Deluxe have pocketed coils. Sofinity has Sofinity foam with a twice-airflow claim, gel ventilated foam, foam-encased pocketed coils and a Tencel moisture-wicking cover. Bliss is gel-infused memory foam over an Air Channel base. All have patented edge support on the lines that list it.

The brand doesn't publish certificate numbers for its CertiPUR-US claim. It also doesn't publish foam densities, ILD, coil counts, coil gauges, cover fabric weights, fire-barrier type or country of origin (checked September 2026).

How well do the mattresses hold up?

The 10-year limited mattress warranty covers manufacturing defects. That includes visible indentation over three-fourths inch on proper support, plus splitting or cracking under normal use. The cover is limited to 2 years. Durability signals come only from the brand: patented edge support that claims 20 percent more usable surface, pocketed-coil cores on hybrids and CertiPUR-US foam claims.

We found no independent durability testing from sources like RTINGS or Sleep Foundation lab data. Terms are defect-based, not prorated. Full exclusions are in the warranty section. Foam softening and body impressions under the threshold are excluded, so read current owner reviews on long-term firmness before you buy.

Customer reviews and complaints

The brand's site shows about 2,762 reviews at roughly 83 percent five-star. The Copper Gel 12in page shows 4.8 out of 5 from 81 reviews (66 five-star, 15 four-star). Buyers praise fast 2-to-5-day delivery, easy assembly, quiet smooth adjustable motion with presets, effective split-top snore relief, responsive support and the low-risk 120-night trial.

Complaints include a bed that's too soft or sinks for larger sleepers (one buyer wrote there's no firmness at all). Some find the head-articulation angle uncomfortable on bases. Others report shipping damage like box cuts and tears, and a missing split-head connector that was later fixed. Some found the massage hum louder than they liked.

We found no third-party ratings from BBB, Google, Trustpilot, Amazon, Sleep Foundation, Mattress Clarity or RTINGS (checked September 2026). Comfort complaints look like feel mismatch, not proven defects. Shipping complaints track carrier handling. Check your firmness choice and inspect the box on delivery.

Where can you try and buy?

You can buy direct at blissfulnights.com. Phone support comes from the Sleep Concierge Team at 1-877-622-6550, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm PST, or email info@blissfulnights.com. Mattresses are also bundled with E3, E4 and other adjustable bases as Complete or Ultimate Bliss bundles.

A Try Before You Buy page and program exist, but locations, hours, deposit and process details weren't available in September 2026. The brand doesn't publish retail or showroom sales beyond direct. Products are marked FSA and HSA eligible, and the brand says it doesn't accept Medicare or health insurance.

Delivery, setup and removal

Brand pages advertise free shipping with delivery in 2 to 5 business days. The refund policy says all orders ship FedEx Ground to the lower 48 states with no transit-time promise. You may waive the signature at checkout, at your own risk for lost or stolen parcels. The brand doesn't publish setup or in-room service pricing (checked September 2026).

We found no included old-mattress removal promise. The haulaway page points to byebyemattress.com and municipal pickup. It notes shopper-paid state fees (California $10.50, Rhode Island $16.00, Connecticut $11.75) and a California retailer take-back within 30 days of delivery. Common-carrier orders are arranged through 1-877-622-6550.

The mattresses are stated to work with adjustable bases, including split-head variants for independent articulation.

Sleep trial and returns

Mattresses bought direct come with a 120-night trial, and the brand expects at least 30 nights of try-out. Returns started before day 30 carry a $150 pickup fee, even for wrong-size orders or buyer remorse. Returns on days 31 to 120 are collected at no extra charge after you contact support. After 120 days, only verifiable manufacturer defects are handled.

Adjustable bases and accessories (frames, pillows, sheets, protectors, brackets, but not replacement remotes) get a 30-day trial from arrival. The brand arranges collection at no extra charge, and items must be in original packaging. There's no separate exchange track, so early returns absorb the $150 collection cost.

Confirm the live trial terms on the exact product page before you buy, since bundle and base terms differ from mattress terms.

Warranty

The 10-year limited mattress warranty covers manufacturing flaws. That means visible indentation over three-fourths inch not caused by weak support, and splitting or cracking despite normal use. The cover fabric is limited to 2 years for defects, excluding fading, pilling, shrinkage and soiled items.

The adjustable-base warranty is 10 years limited. Year 1 covers full parts, approved labor and transit for defects. Motors are fully covered for 2 years. In years 2 to 5, replacement parts are supplied if you return the old part within 14 days. In years 6 to 10, parts are prorated, and you pay 1/180 of current replacement cost plus setup, removal and freight. The limit is 750 lb total weight including the sleep surface.

Exclusions include misuse, wrong power, commercial use, unapproved changes, comfort preference, unsupportive feel, wear, burns, cuts, stains, soiling, mold, moisture and routine softening. Only the original retail owner is covered, with proof of purchase. Claims go through 1-877-622-6550 or info@blissfulnights.com.

Blissful Nights vs. other brands

Against Zinus, a budget bed-in-box, the entry Bliss and EcoCore lines match on price with stronger adjustable-base bundling. Zinus has deeper third-party review volume. Against Lucid, comparable gel and charcoal stories come with added copper and graphite lines, but Lucid publishes more spec detail.

Against Nectar, Copper Gel and Allureluxe match on cooling marketing, but Nectar offers a longer trial and a thicker independent review base. Against DreamCloud and Saatva, the Sofinity and Allureluxe flagships compete on coils plus edge support under $1,800 Queen. They lose on white-glove delivery, published coil specs and trial length.

What sets it apart is one-cart mattress plus adjustable-base systems, with split-head options and FSA/HSA eligibility.

We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
