Aviya makes three polyfoam hybrids: foam over pocketed coils (springs in their own fabric pockets). On Aviya's scale, the Plush is a soft 3.5, the Luxury Firm a medium-firm 5.5 and the Firm an extra-firm 8.5. Side sleepers who like soft will likely prefer the Plush; sleepers over 230 pounds, the Firm.1,2,3,4,5,6
Look elsewhere if you want a deep memory foam hug: polyfoam hugs you less. Stomach sleepers may find the Plush too soft; firmer is usually advised.3,6,7
A Queen costs $1,549 in every firmness, with a $250-off banner but no sale price. You get 100 nights, and a return is free.8,9
Best for
If you sleep on your back and weigh 130 to 230 pounds, the 5.5 Luxury Firm sits in the medium to firm range usually advised.4,6
If you sleep hot, the pocketed coils in a hybrid retain little heat, which usually helps keep the bed's temperature steady.2,10
If you share a bed, pocketed coils move only where you press, so less motion reaches your partner.2,11
Look elsewhere if
If you might need a warranty repair, you pay transport to and from the factory on a Queen of about 120 lbs.8,12
If you exchange your bed, the new one loses the 100-night trial and becomes final sale.13
If your base has no center support, the warranty may not cover sagging; Aviya's own foundation, one option, costs $399.99.12,14

Aviya says every mattress is made in Cleveland, Ohio.
Where Aviya's own pages disagree
Ship time: One FAQ answer says orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. Another answer on the same FAQ page says it generally takes 3-7 business days from order to ship.8
Trial before a return: The FAQ page asks you to try the bed at least 2 weeks before a return. The trial page says at least 30 nights.8,13
When the 10-year warranty starts: The warranty page counts from the date of initial delivery. The home page says from the date of original purchase. The FAQ page says the bed is protected after the first 100 nights.8,12,15
Box springs: The care page says the bed fits almost any frame, foundation or box spring that supports the weight. The foundation page says traditional box springs and some older frames will not work.16,17
Coil count: The home page lists 1,200 coils for each model. The product page lists 800 for the Queen and 1,200 for the King.2,15
Edge foam height (the foam at the bed's outer edge, which helps edge support): The product page says 7.5 inches tall. Its feature list says 7 inches.2,18
Plush layer on the coils: The Plush page lists 20 ILD (a foam firmness number; higher is firmer) for the layer on the coils in its description, and 35 ILD in its feature list.3,18
Who the Firm is for: The Firm page lists back, side and heavier sleepers in one place. It lists stomach and back sleepers or heavier body types in another.2,5
Mattress height: Aviya's pages say 13 inches. Adding up the layers Aviya lists gives about 12 inches, and Sleepopolis lists the Queen at 12 inches.2,4,19
Years of experience: Aviya's pages say 100+ years. In a 2021 Tuck interview, a co-owner said it is owned by industry experts in business for over 75 years.8,15,20
Founding year: A 2020 Aviya press release says it was founded in 2014. A copy of Ohio business records lists the articles for AviyaSleep LLC as filed on 1 Jul 2015.21,22,23
Is Aviya a good mattress brand?
Aviya is a good pick if you want a 100-night trial with a free return and three firmness levels at one price. The catches are a warranty that makes you pay shipping both ways and a foundation you may need to buy.8,12
Aviya says its foams are certified. But we found no Aviya listing in the CertiPUR-US directory (CertiPUR-US is a program saying foam was made without certain restricted substances and meets low emission limits), under the names we searched, which are listed below.15,18,24
What works
A 100-night trial, and Aviya picks the bed up free and refunds you in full.8
A $0 return cost, with no restocking or delivery fee. None of the 10 brands we compared charges less.8
Three firmness levels at the same price in every size.9
A 10-year warranty that is non-prorated (coverage does not shrink as the bed ages).12,26
Tuck calls its edge support (how well the bed holds your weight at its outer edge) fantastic. GoodBed, testing the Luxury Firm, calls edge support a strong point.18,27,28
We found no recalls in the U.S. recall database under Aviya, Aviya Mattress, AviyaSleep, AviyaSleep LLC (the legal name on its terms) or White Dove Mattress (the owner GoodBed names). Aviya's own pages name no other parent company, so we tried no other name.29,30,31,32
The catches
On a warranty claim, you pay transport to and from the factory. A Queen ships at about 120 lbs.8,12
An exchange voids the 100-night guarantee on the replacement, which becomes final sale.13
Sag coverage has conditions on your foundation and frame.12
There is no old mattress removal. There is no white glove delivery or expedited shipping either.8
Delivery covers only the lower 48 states and Washington D.C.8
We found no listing for Aviya in the CertiPUR-US directory under Aviya, Aviya Mattress, AviyaSleep, AviyaSleep LLC or White Dove Mattress (the owner GoodBed names); the one White Dove listing does not name Aviya. Aviya's own pages name no other parent company, so we tried no other name. Aviya says its foams are certified.15,24,32,33
Tuck says the comfort-layer foams are not considered long-lasting.27
What models does Aviya sell?
Aviya sells three mattresses: the Luxury Firm, the Plush and the Firm. Aviya says all three pair 3 layers of high-density foam (density is the foam's weight per cubic foot) with a coil system. Its pages list each at 13 inches tall.2,34,35,36
They differ in firmness and in a few foam layers, which each entry below covers. The store sells them as one product with a firmness picker, where the Plush is named Plush Soft.2
Luxury Firm mattress: medium firm polyfoam hybrid
The Luxury Firm is the bed Aviya calls its best seller and most popular mattress. Aviya rates it 5.5 out of 10, medium-firm. Its page lists it for stomach, back, side and combination sleepers, plus couples who cannot agree on firmness.4
Aviya says it has the feel of a luxury hotel bed. The Queen costs $1,549.4,9
Plush mattress: soft polyfoam hybrid
The Plush is the softest of the three, rated 3.5 out of 10 by Aviya. A convoluted foam layer (foam with a dimpled, egg-carton surface) is there to soften the feel. Aviya adds that its quilting has fewer thread lines for the same reason.3,18
Aviya suggests it for stomach, side and lighter-weight sleepers, but see the stomach sleeper note in the fit section. The Queen costs $1,549.3,9
Firm mattress: extra firm polyfoam hybrid
The Firm is the firmest of the three, rated 8.5 out of 10, extra-firm by Aviya. Aviya says it feels like lying on top of the mattress rather than sinking in.2,5
It is the only model with a 1/8 inch firming pad, a thin layer on the coils that stiffens the support. Aviya calls it ideal for sleepers over 250 lbs. The Queen costs $1,549.5,9
How firm is Aviya, and who does it fit?
Aviya sells three firmness levels on its own 10-point scale, from the Plush at 3.5 (soft) to the Firm at 8.5 (extra-firm). The Luxury Firm sits in the middle at 5.5 (medium-firm). Here is who Aviya lists each one for:3,4,5
Aviya's firmness ratings
Plush3.5 of 10, Soft Support
Luxury Firm5.5 of 10, Medium-Firm
Firm8.5 of 10, Extra-Firm
1 Softest10 Firmest
Aviya's own ratings. We have not tested these beds.3,4,5
Plush: stomach, side and lighter-weight sleepers.3
Luxury Firm: stomach, back, side and combination sleepers.4
Firm: one Aviya page lists back, side and heavier sleepers, and another lists stomach and back sleepers or heavier body types, so its pages disagree on side versus stomach (see the box above).2,5
Outside testers read the Luxury Firm a little differently. Sleepopolis found it medium firm. NapLab found it slightly firm, 7 out of 10 on its own scale.1,19
Those are different scales, so don't line them up with Aviya's 5.5.4
Give any new bed time. Aviya says a 3-4 week adjustment to a new mattress is normal. It also suggests an exchange for another comfort level if the bed feels too soft or too firm.8,13
An exchange ends the return option on the replacement, so read the trial section first.13
Side, back and stomach sleepers
The Sleep Foundation says side sleepers usually benefit from plusher surfaces. Aviya designed the Plush for side sleepers who want support and extra initial comfort.3,6
Back sleepers generally need a slightly firmer bed that keeps the spine neutral. Aviya lists the Firm and the Luxury Firm for back sleepers.4,5,6
One heads-up on stomach sleeping. Aviya suggests the Plush for stomach sleepers who need pressure relief at the hips and shoulders. The Sleep Foundation says stomach sleepers usually prefer firmer beds than side or back sleepers, to keep the midsection from sinking.2,6
Its chart puts stomach sleepers who weigh 130 to 230 lbs at medium (5) to firm (7). The Plush is a 3.5 on Aviya's own scale. The two numbers come from different sources, so don't compare them exactly, but the Plush sits well below that range.3,6
The Luxury Firm, which Aviya also lists for stomach sleepers, lines up better with the guidance. The 100-night trial gives you room to test it.4,7,8
Hot sleepers
Aviya says every model has a comfort cooling top, which is a 1 inch cooling foam layer sewn into the quilt. It also says its open coil design lets heat escape. Those are Aviya's claims.2,15
The Sleep Foundation says most hybrids use pocketed coils that retain little heat. On GoodBed, owners score the Aviya 78 out of 100 for staying cool.10,37
Couples and heavier sleepers
Aviya lists the Luxury Firm for couples who cannot agree on firmness. Pocketed coils (each wrapped on its own) do not pass motion to the coils around them.4,11
For heavier sleepers Aviya points to the Firm, which it calls ideal over 250 lbs. The Sleep Foundation says sleepers over 230 lbs tend to prefer firmer surfaces. It adds that they may need a stronger edge.5,6,38
Aviya lists the edge foam as 3 inches wide and about 7 to 7.5 inches tall, and its pages disagree on the height (see the box above).2

A Queen costs $1,549 in all three firmness levels, a Twin starts at $1,149, and a King or California King costs $1,849. The table above shows every size.9
A fall banner offers $250 off mattresses, and the product page gives the code FALL250. That is a sale, but the store data shows no crossed-out regular price, so the table shows the listed price. Check your total at checkout before you pay.2,8,9
On value, one price covers all three feels, and a return costs you nothing extra. A foundation costs extra, and the sizes section gives its price.8,9
What is the Aviya sleep trial and return policy?
Aviya gives you 100 nights to sleep on the bed at home, and a return costs $0. You must tell Aviya on or before 100 days after the delivery date.8,13
How the Aviya 100-night trial works
01430100
Nights after delivery
Night 0Your mattress is delivered.
Night 14 or Night 30Aviya asks you to sleep on it first: 2 weeks (its FAQ page), but 30 nights (its trial page). Its pages disagree.
Night 100Last night to start a return. The return is free.
Aviya's delivery team picks the bed up free, and the refund goes to your original payment method once Aviya confirms it has all the products.13,35
The trial page lists no restocking, delivery or other fees.13
The refund policy page adds that the refund is less the white glove delivery fee and mattress disposal fee if you chose those services. Its FAQ says Aviya offers no white glove delivery and no old mattress removal, so its pages do not line up on this.8,39
Aviya wants you to try the bed for a set time before you start a return, and its pages disagree on how long (see the box above).8,13
The delivery team may refuse a mattress it judges to be in unsanitary condition.13
You also get one exchange inside the trial, and Aviya covers the pickup and delivery fees. The catch is that an exchange voids the 100-night guarantee on the replacement, which becomes final sale. So a wrong second pick cannot go back.13
What does the Aviya warranty cover?
The warranty lasts 10 years and covers manufacturing defects in the mattress and the foundation. It is non-prorated, meaning the coverage does not shrink as the bed ages. Its pages disagree on when the 10 years start (see the box above).8,12,15,26
Here is the catch. Aviya's FAQ promises free repairs and free replacements. But the replacement is free only apart from transportation costs to and from the factory.8,12
The FAQ mentions only return shipping, while the warranty page says to and from the factory. A Queen ships at about 120 lbs, so plan how you would send it. The Sleep Foundation lists not charging for shipping among the marks of the best warranties.8,12,26
Sagging has a second catch. Aviya covers sagging only with a condition. Your mattress must sit on a matching foundation or an equal base, with a frame and center support, or on at least 5 hardwood cross-slats with center support.12
Aviya sells its own foundation at $399.99. The wording overlaps at exactly 1 inch: the warranty covers impressions of 1 inch or greater and excludes normal impressions of 1 inch or less. The Sleep Foundation says warranties do not usually cover minor gradual sagging.12,14,26
The care rules ask you to turn the mattress regularly, use a mattress pad, keep it dry, and not let anyone stand or jump on it. Only the original purchaser is covered.12
To make a claim, start with live chat on the website. A replacement does not start a new warranty period.8,12
What are the common complaints about Aviya?
Aviya's own page shows 4.8 out of 5 from 9,179 reviews on the Luxury Firm page, but it does not say how those reviews were collected or checked. GoodBed's owner ratings give 75 out of 100 from 36 ratings, and the one written owner complaint is about a refund not received.4,37
GoodBed's ratings are owner reports on that site; Aviya's own figure, for the Luxury Firm only, is its own page data.
On GoodBed, owners score back support 68, pressure relief 60, sleep quality 64 and staying cool 78. Only 1 of the 36 ratings has a written review.37
That one owner says a second Aviya mattress, bought for a daughter, was returned and picked up, and Aviya promised a refund in 14 days, but the owner was never refunded. It is one owner's report, and Aviya's reply is not on the page.37
A separate May 28, 2025 rating of the Firm, by an owner of 8 years, rates its condition Very worn.37
That is a small group, so treat the GoodBed numbers as a hint, not a verdict.
On durability, Tuck, a review site, says the strong coil support is built for heavy use but the comfort-layer foams are not considered long-lasting. That is a reviewer's view, not an owner report. The warranty section lists what sagging coverage needs.27
Lawsuits and recalls
We found no recalls in the U.S. recall database under Aviya, Aviya Mattress, AviyaSleep, AviyaSleep LLC or White Dove Mattress. The federal court searches for Aviya Mattress, AviyaSleep and AviyaSleep LLC found no cases.29,30,40,41
Here is what we searched and why. AviyaSleep LLC is the legal name on Aviya's terms of use.31
White Dove Mattress, Ltd. of Cleveland is named as Aviya's owner by GoodBed, a third party. Aviya's own pages name no parent company, so we tried no other names, and a listing may sit under a name we did not try.32
Recalls (U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission database, by recall title and by maker):
The White Dove cases are against White Dove, not Aviya, and only GoodBed links White Dove to Aviya. In April 2019 a plaintiff filed a Fair Labor Standards Act (wage law) class and collective action against White Dove Mattress LTD in federal court in northern Ohio, and it closed in November 2019.32,52
White Dove Mattress LTD filed a joint motion in that case to stay it pending final settlement. In December 2018 the same plaintiff filed a Family and Medical Leave Act case in the same court, and it closed in June 2019.52
In the 2020 Start Man Furniture bankruptcy in Delaware, White Dove Mattress Ltd. asked to file a claim after the claims deadline, and the court approved it.52
A company named White Dove Mattress LLC appears in a long numbered list in a 2016 federal antitrust case in Pennsylvania; we cannot tell if it is the same company. White Dove Mattress appears as a name and address in a list in the 2009 Foamex International bankruptcy in Delaware.52
The court archive does not hold every federal case.40
Is Aviya legit?
Aviya shows up in business records as a registered company, and a copy of Ohio business records lists AVIYASLEEP, LLC as an active Ohio company. Aviya's terms name AviyaSleep LLC as the company behind its site.23,31
We found no recalls under the same five names listed below: Aviya, Aviya Mattress, AviyaSleep, AviyaSleep LLC and White Dove Mattress.29,30
We found no BBB profile under Aviya Mattress, AviyaSleep or AviyaSleep LLC. Here are the Better Business Bureau searches by name:
Aviya: showed 3 results. The businesses it listed include AVIYA Construction LLC and Aviya Home Furnishings, Inc., a furniture store.56
White Dove Mattress: 1 result, White Dove Mattress, Ltd. in Cleveland, with an A+ rating on its search listing. That is a different name, not an Aviya rating.57
These are the same five names as the other searches: Aviya, Aviya Mattress, AviyaSleep, AviyaSleep LLC (the legal name on its terms) and White Dove Mattress (the owner GoodBed names). Aviya's own pages name no other parent company, so we tried no other name.31,32
A business can be listed under another name, so no result is not proof either way.
Aviya says 96% of its customers love their mattress. It also calls itself the #1 hybrid innerspring (a coil support system) mattress of 2026. Those are its own claims, not outside findings.2,13,15
What is an Aviya mattress made of, and where is it made?
Aviya is a polyfoam hybrid: soy-polyblend foam sits over pocketed steel coils. Its layer pages list soy-polyblend foam in the Plush and the Luxury Firm. GoodBed says the foams are a blend of polyurethane and soy and that the bed has no memory foam, which is why we call it a polyfoam hybrid.2,3,4,28

From Aviya's own layer lists. A thicker band is a thicker layer.4
A hybrid has a coil support system under a comfort layer of foam, latex or polyfoam. So its feel depends on what sits on the coils.7
A polyfoam layer moderately conforms and is firmer than memory foam, while shoppers who want deeper contouring usually prefer memory foam and those who want bounce lean toward latex or latex-like polyfoams. That is why two hybrids can feel very different.7,10
Aviya's layer pages list 1.8 density foam in the Luxury Firm and the Plush. They list the same density in the Firm. GoodBed also lists all Aviya foams at 1.8 density.3,4,5,28
The Sleep Foundation puts polyfoam above 1.7 in its high range. Denser foams are typically more durable and sag less.36
The coils are pocketed coils (each one wrapped in fabric so it moves on its own). The Queen has 800 coils and the King has 1,200, both 8 inches tall. Aviya's pages differ on the count (see the box above).2,11
The King's coils are 15 gauge (a measure of wire thickness). Aviya says its coil count is 50% more than the average hybrid. But the Sleep Foundation says coil count alone does not show a sturdier bed.2,11
Aviya lists the edge foam as 3 inches wide and about 7 to 7.5 inches tall, and its pages disagree on the height (see the box above). Tuck calls the Aviya's edge support fantastic. GoodBed, testing the Luxury Firm, calls edge support a strong point.2,27,28
Safety labels. Aviya says its foams are CertiPUR-US certified. The label covers only the foam, not the cover.2,60
We searched the CertiPUR-US directory for five names: Aviya, Aviya Mattress, AviyaSleep, AviyaSleep LLC (the legal name on its terms) and White Dove Mattress (the owner GoodBed names). Aviya's own pages name no other parent company, so we tried no other name.31,32
White Dove Mattress: 1 listing, which does not name Aviya.33,64
The directory can be searched by company or brand name. A brand may therefore appear under its maker's name, or not at all, so no listing is not proof either way. CertiPUR-US says it cannot vouch for the foam of a company that is not listed.24,65
Aviya says its mattresses are 100% made in the USA and handcrafted at its factory in Cleveland, Ohio. It also says its springs use recycled steel.2
Does Aviya use fiberglass?
Aviya's product page names an all-natural fire barrier (a flame retardant layer), a mix of mint seed, flax and cotton. The Sleep Foundation says fiberglass is often used as a flame retardant in mattresses to meet federal safety standards.2,58
None of the 25 pages we saved from Aviya's own site say 'fiberglass' either way, and a natural barrier is not the same as saying fiberglass-free, so a maker that says nothing about it leaves you unsure, which is generally not a good sign.59
NapLab, a third-party review site, lists the Aviya as fiberglass-free, but we cannot confirm it because it is not on Aviya's own site.1
To find out, check the label, which may not list the barrier material and often says glass wool or glass fibers, or ask the company by phone, email or chat.58
What sizes does Aviya come in, and what base does it need?
Aviya sells six sizes: Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and California King. The size cards and the bases table on this page show each price and which bases work, so match your frame to the table.9
Aviya sizes and prices
Twin$1,149
Twin XL$1,249
Full$1,324
Queen$1,549
King$1,849
Cal King$1,849

The warranty can be void on the wrong base. It does not apply to a Queen or King on a metal frame, bed base or rail system without a rigid center support and at least 5 legs or 5 hardwood cross-slats, or to a box spring that does not support the mattress properly.12
Aviya's care page says the bed must be built to support at least 1,310 lbs, which counts the mattress, foundation and 2 sleepers.16
Aviya's own foundation is $399.99 in its store, which lists one price and no size picker. Its FAQ lists foundation weights by size, so check the size and price in your cart. It ships free only when you buy it with a mattress of the same size.8,14,25

What Aviya says
Foundation With limits
Aviya says a foundation that does not give the mattress proper support will invalidate the warranty.16
Box spring Pages disagree
Aviya says that without its own foundation, the mattress will fit on almost any bed frame, foundation or box spring if it properly supports the weight. Aviya's foundation page says traditional box springs and some older bed frames will not work with the Aviya mattress.16,17
Platform Yes
Aviya's foundation page lists a solid surface base among the right foundations for its mattress.17
Slats With limits
Aviya's foundation page lists a bed frame with slats less than 3.5 inches apart as the right support.17
Adjustable base With limits
Aviya's foundation page lists an adjustable base tested to at least 750 lbs. weight capacity as the right support.17
Bed frame With limits
Aviya says to use a bed frame with a rigid center support.16
Where can you buy Aviya, and how fast does it ship?
You buy Aviya direct from Aviya, online. A search of Amazon for 'aviya mattress' returned 35 results, and none was named Aviya. Payment options include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay.8,35,66
Shipping is free by FedEx Ground, and delivery to your door is included. Each mattress is made to order, boxed and shipped from the factory in Cleveland, Ohio. Aviya's pages give two ship times (see the box above).8
The home page adds that FedEx typically delivers in 5-7 business days after it ships. Holiday and busy times can add a day or so. There is no expedited option.8,15
A Queen weighs about 120 lbs and a King about 140 lbs in the box. Aviya says the bed arrives vacuum sealed and rolled in a box, then expands to full size. If no one is home, FedEx leaves it at your front door.2,8
Aviya has no white glove delivery and no old mattress removal, so line up help to carry the box and a way to get rid of your old bed.8
Delivery covers the lower 48 states and Washington D.C. only. It excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Aviya does not ship outside the US.8
You can change an order through live chat, but only before it ships.8
How does Aviya compare, and what are the alternatives?
Aviya's trial and warranty land in the middle of the brands we compared, and its $0 return cost is as low as any of them. Of 20 brands, 5 offer a longer trial than Aviya's 100 nights, 9 match it and 6 offer less.
On warranty, 7 brands offer more than 10 years, 12 match it and 1 offers less. On return cost, 6 of 10 brands charge more than Aviya's $0 (the median is $82), 4 match it and none charges less.
Aviya fits you if a free return matters most. If a longer trial or a longer warranty matters more, look at brands that offer more.

Who owns Aviya, and how do you contact it?
Two founders, Justin and Nick, started Aviya. Aviya's story page says they ran a digital marketing agency together for over 20 years first. A 2020 Aviya press release names Justin Smith as CEO.21,35
Aviya sells direct to you, and it claims 100+ years of experience, which its pages and a co-owner interview put differently (see the box above).8,35
AviyaSleep LLC is the legal name on Aviya's terms of use and privacy policy. OpenCorporates, a copy of public business records, lists AVIYASLEEP, LLC as an active Ohio limited liability company.23,31,67
GoodBed, a third party, says White Dove Mattress also owns Aviya Mattress, and its editor's note says Aviya is affiliated with White Dove. Aviya's own pages name no parent company.22,32
The Better Business Bureau lists White Dove Mattress, Ltd. as a Cleveland mattress business, and Furniture Today says White Dove of Cleveland was founded in 1922. So the link between the two rests on GoodBed's word, not on Aviya's pages.57,68
To reach Aviya, use the live chat on its website. Aviya uses it for returns, exchanges, order changes and warranty claims. Aviya's contact page also offers a contact form, and Aviya replies by email.13,69
More Aviya questions
Is Aviya safe and non-toxic?
Aviya says its foams are CertiPUR-US certified and made without ozone depleters or formaldehyde. We found no CertiPUR-US listing for Aviya under Aviya, Aviya Mattress, AviyaSleep, AviyaSleep LLC or White Dove Mattress (the owner GoodBed names); the one White Dove listing does not name Aviya.15,24,33
Aviya's own pages name no other parent company, so we tried no other name. CertiPUR-US says it cannot vouch for the foam of a company that is not listed.24,32
Does Aviya smell when new?
Reviewers differ. The Sleep Judge, testing the Luxury Firm, says there is no offensive odor but a faint new product smell that lasts a day or two.70
NapLab, also testing the Luxury Firm, reports a strong smell on unboxing that lasted 7 days. Tuck says no concern about new-bed smell was reported.1,27
What is the Aviya BBB rating?
We found no BBB profile to rate. Our BBB searches for Aviya Mattress and AviyaSleep showed no results, and so did the search for AviyaSleep LLC.53,54,55
A search for Aviya alone showed 3 other businesses, and White Dove Mattress, the owner GoodBed names, has its own listing. Aviya's own pages name no other parent company, so we tried no other name.32,56,57
Is Aviya sold on Amazon?
A search of Amazon for 'aviya mattress' returned 35 results, and none was named Aviya. The listings on the saved page were from other brands, such as DreamCloud, Avenco and Nectar. Aviya's own pages describe selling direct.35,66
Does Aviya list a weight limit?
No mattress weight limit turned up. Sleep Advisor could not find one either, and its own guess is that the bed can probably hold up to 1,000 pounds, which is not a figure from Aviya. Aviya's care page does say the bed must be built to support at least 1,310 lbs, counting the mattress, foundation and 2 sleepers.16,71
How long does an Aviya mattress last?
Aviya gives a 10-year warranty, and that is a warranty, not a promise of lifespan. Tuck adds that the comfort-layer foams are not considered long-lasting.12,27
Should you flip or rotate an Aviya mattress?
Turn the mattress regularly, using Aviya's turning instructions.12
How long does Aviya take to expand?
No time is given. Aviya says the bed expands to full size before use, and GoodBed says it expands once released from its plastic packaging, but gives no time.2,28
Reviewers describe the box differently. The Sleep Judge says it is not compressed or vacuum-sealed, and Sleep Advisor says it ships full-size.70,71
Will Aviya take away your old mattress?
No. Aviya does not offer old mattress removal or disposal.8
How we made this page
Nappedia's mattress industry experts and enthusiasts built this page to help you make the best, most informed choice for you and your family. Here is what we did for you:
Our research team read Aviya's own pages: the home page, product pages, FAQ, shipping page, trial page, warranty page, care instructions, foundation page and company story. It matched every fact word for word to its source, and the small numbers link you to each one.
It searched outside records for you under every name we could find: recalls, federal court records, the Better Business Bureau and the CertiPUR-US safety label directory. It also read several mattress review sites and searched Amazon.
Prices come straight from Aviya's online store.
Our editorial team wrote the review. A second editor who did not write it checked every line against the sources.
Where Aviya's own pages disagree, we show you both versions.
We have not slept on or tested this bed, so we never say we did.
We link every source so you never have to take our word for it. Each number points to where a fact came from: Aviya's own site, a public record or a named outside reviewer. When sources disagree, we show both sides instead of picking one. If a fact no longer matches its source, our editorial policy explains how we correct it.
