Which mattress suits your sleep needs?
Back and stomach sleepers who want support can look at the Firm versions of Belterra, Birkdale, Clearwater, Kenilworth and Elegance. Any Zero G firm variant works too. Side sleepers who want pressure relief can look at Belterra Plush or Pillowtop, and Kenilworth Plush or Pillowtop. Clearwater Pillowtop and Zero G Estate Luxury Deluxe Plush also fit. Combination sleepers can try Belterra Pillowtop or Zero G Luxury Comfort.
Hot sleepers can look at the gel, cool-sleep and airflow-foam builds in Belterra, Birkdale, Clearwater and Kenilworth. NEFD publishes no comparative cooling test data. Budget shoppers should look at the Elegance ($249) or Kenilworth ($399) lines. For a hotel-style bed, try Zero G Deluxe, Estate or Luxury Comfort.
If you want organic cotton or coil-on-coil builds, the older Natural Oasis line is the match. Its availability wasn't confirmed in September 2026.
Mattress prices and value
These are archived NEFD product-page prices, list and Our Price. The size isn't stated, likely queen. Elegance is $249 and $249. Kenilworth is $399 and $399 across Firm, Plush and Pillowtop. Birkdale is $899 and $699 for Firm and $799 and $699 for Pillowtop. Belterra is $999 and $899 Firm, $1,099 and $999 Pillowtop, and $1,099 and $899 Plush.
Clearwater is $1,099 and $899 Firm and $1,099 and $999 Pillowtop. Zero G Luxury Comfort is $1,099 and $899 Firm and $1,299 and $899 Plush. Zero G Estate Luxury Deluxe is $1,299 and $1,199 Firm and $1,299 and $1,099 Plush. Zero G Deluxe Hotel Collection is $1,999 and $1,499.
Older lines, seen in a March 2025 archived copy, have rotated out. Wembley was $1,599 to $1,899 and $1,199. Natural Oasis was $1,199 to $1,299 and $999. Lake Tahoe was $1,599 and $1,299, and Iceland was $1,699 and $1,399.
The warehouse pricing is aggressive, especially Kenilworth at $399 and Elegance at $249. But value is hard to judge. The size isn't stated, specs are partial and there's no published trial. NEFD tells you to confirm pricing in store.
What are the mattresses made of?
These are innerspring and hybrid builds, per NEFD product pages. Coil units include 1055 individually wrapped coils in Belterra, Lake Tahoe and Zero G Estate Plush. Clearwater and Wembley have 1032 Armor-Edge coils with steel or perimeter-coil edge support. Kenilworth Pillowtop and Iceland have 796 to 850 densified or encased coils. Elegance Firm has 390 Bonnell coils. Natural Oasis was coil-on-coil, with 805 wrapped coils over 416 hourglass coils.
Comfort layers include gel-infused visco memory foam and cool gel and cool-sleep foam. You'll also find airflow and convoluted foams, HD and quilt foams, fiber support pads and Visco Gel Lumbar Support zones. Newer pages show stretch or cool-touch style covers. Natural Oasis had an organic cotton covering. A Dream Safe FR fiber fire barrier is named on several models.
Profiles run from 11.5 inches (Elegance Firm) to 16.5 inches (Belterra Pillowtop) where stated. Several models are adjustable-base friendly. NEFD doesn't publish CertiPUR-US, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GOLS, GREENGUARD or organic bedding certifications on the pages we captured (checked September 2026).
How well do the mattresses hold up?
NEFD doesn't publish durability testing or an expected-lifespan statement for SLEEP EZzz (checked September 2026). The indirect signals are warranty terms. Kenilworth Pillowtop pages state a 10-year warranty, and Iceland pages stated a 15-year warranty.
Bonnell-coil value builds like Elegance typically mean a shorter comfort life than the wrapped-coil step-up lines. That's general category knowledge, not an NEFD claim. We found no independent durability, sag or longevity testing for SLEEP EZzz models.
Customer reviews and complaints
Every captured NEFD product page, all 17 current mattresses, shows a 0.0 rating and the text There are no reviews for this product. So there are no model-level review counts or scores on the brand site (checked September 2026).
At company level, NEFD's About page claims over 5,000 five-star reviews and low-price satisfaction. We found no verified third-party rating aggregates or model-specific complaints for SLEEP EZzz. Common warehouse-retailer complaints, like delivery scheduling and store price variance, aren't tied to this line, so we don't claim them.
Where can you try and buy?
It's sold only through Northeast Factory Direct. That means its Northeast Ohio showrooms (Cleveland, Euclid, Eastlake, Macedonia, North Canton and Maple Heights, per NEFD pages) plus northeastfactorydirect.com. Mattress pages say the item may be available locally and ask you to contact the store to check.
Product pages carry a store picker and cart. But NEFD tells you to confirm pricing, availability, fabric and promotions with the local store. Treat it as a try-in-store, buy-from-NEFD line. We found no third-party retail distribution (checked September 2026).
Delivery, setup and removal
NEFD's delivery page, from an archived copy, says the delivery method is assigned per product for the best service at the lowest price. White Glove delivery starts at $99. It includes room-of-choice placement, unpacking, packaging-debris removal and up to 30 minutes of light assembly. That includes carrying up to two flights of stairs (4 to 15 steps equals one flight). Extra stairs or longer assembly cost more.
You must note carton or product damage on the freight bill before the driver leaves, by writing PRODUCT DAMAGED. Mattress-specific shipping times and fees, setup beyond White Glove terms, and old-mattress removal aren't published (checked September 2026).
Sleep trial and returns
The brand doesn't publish a sleep trial, comfort exchange or free-return promise for SLEEP EZzz (checked September 2026). NEFD's general return policy, from an archived copy, needs returns in new, unused, unassembled, unmodified condition, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds equal the purchase price minus actual shipping and handling costs. Return shipping is your responsibility, and some items carry a restocking fee. Shipped orders can't be cancelled. Refused orders fall under the standard return policy, with round-trip shipping deducted. Made-to-order or personalized items are final sale. Stained, damaged or unsanitary furniture can't be returned.
In practice, that reads as no comfort trial. Confirm any mattress exchange terms in writing with the store before you buy.
Warranty
The brand doesn't publish a SLEEP EZzz warranty page (checked September 2026). Product pages carry a Warranty tab, but its full terms didn't load when we looked. Kenilworth Pillowtop pages state a 10-year warranty and Made in the USA. Archived Iceland pages stated a 15-year warranty and Made in the USA.
Coverage triggers, sag-depth thresholds, prorated periods, transportation or inspection fees, foundation requirements and claim steps aren't published. You'll need to confirm them with NEFD in writing before you buy.
SLEEP EZzz by NEFD vs. other brands
Among brands sold at NEFD, Ashley Sleep and Sierra Sleep by Ashley offer national-brand backing and broader review coverage. SLEEP EZzz competes on lower warehouse pricing. Nectar, also listed in NEFD navigation, offers a well-known boxed-foam trial model that SLEEP EZzz doesn't publish.
Against national value innersprings, SLEEP EZzz wins on in-store testing around Cleveland and options under $400. It loses on spec detail, published trials and review depth. Against premium hybrids, it's no contest on materials or certifications. SLEEP EZzz is strictly a budget house line.
How we put this review together
We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
