Dourxi Mattress Review

Dourxi is a crib-mattress specialist founded in 2019. It sells about 15 dual-sided foam mattresses direct at dourxi.com. Full-size models (52 x 27.5 in, 4.5 to 6 in thick) cost about $150 to $170. Mini models (38 x 24 x 4 in) cost about $100. Each pairs a firm infant side with a softer toddler side. A 90-day trial and a 10-year limited warranty back them. It's a budget pick if you want a two-stage crib mattress. It's not for adults, and every listing showed as unavailable when we checked.

Choose the 6 in triple-layer full-size family if you want the thickest two-stage mattress for a standard crib, convertible crib or toddler bed. Choose the 5.5 in dual-firmness models for a slightly slimmer option. The 4.5 in Standard is the lowest-priced full-size pick.

Choose a 38 x 24 x 4 in mini model only for mini or portable cribs. Never use it in a full-size crib. Use the firm infant side for a newborn, then flip to the softer toddler side as your child grows. Allow up to 72 hours at room temperature for full expansion. If you want innerspring or certified-organic, look elsewhere.

Full-size Dourxi crib mattresses list at $149.99 to $169.99, with compare-at prices of $258.99 to $299.99. Mini-portable models are $99.99, with compare-at prices of $169.99 to $188.99. The site banner advertises an extra 10% off with code SAVE10.

The value pitch is two mattresses in one, free mainland-US shipping, a 90-day trial and a 10-year limited warranty at a budget price. The compare-at discounts are steep and unverified. Foam densities and certificate numbers aren't published. All catalog variants read as unavailable as of September 2026, so confirm live pricing and stock. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Dourxi uses gel-infused memory foam comfort layers, open-cell memory foam and a high-density foam support base. They come in triple-layer or two-stage dual-sided layouts. There are no innerspring or latex options. Covers are zippered, removable and machine washable, in knit or breathable fabric. Select mini models have waterproof and washable covers.

The Infant Mattress listing claims an OEKO-TEX cover. The site description claims CertiPUR-US certified triple-layer foam with no phthalates, lead or mercury. Certificate numbers, foam densities, ILD ratings, fire-barrier makeup and adhesive details aren't published (checked September 2026).

Dourxi doesn't publish foam densities, ILDs, edge-support specs or durability test data (checked September 2026). So we can't assess long-term hold-up. The brand backs each mattress with a 10-year limited warranty, though the full terms aren't published.

Use the removable washable cover for leaks and spit-up. Confirm waterproof protection per model before you buy, since only select listings state it.

We found no verified star rating, review count or independent review coverage as of September 2026. We found no BBB or Trustpilot profile and no major editorial review. Amazon and Walmart searches showed no confirmed Dourxi listings. Treat any on-site testimonials as unverified.

Common crib-mattress complaints include fit gaps, odor, cover zipper and wash durability, and expansion time. There's no brand-specific data on any of them.

You can buy direct at dourxi.com. Contact service@dourxi.com. We found no stores, showrooms or try-before-you-buy locations. Amazon, Walmart and other retail availability wasn't confirmed as of September 2026.

All mattresses ship compressed in a box. The 90-day home trial is the only trial. We found no white-glove or setup service.

Shipping is free across the mainland United States only, and Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Orders dispatch from multiple US warehouses by UPS and FedEx, with tracking by email. An optional shipping protection plan is offered at checkout.

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Transit takes 2 to 5 business days, for 4 to 7 business days total, barring weather or holiday delays. Setup is do-it-yourself. Unbox it and allow at least 72 hours at room temperature for full loft. White-glove setup and old-mattress removal aren't published (checked September 2026).

You get a 90-day at-home trial, plus a 10-year limited warranty. You can cancel for a full refund only before the order is processed or shipped.

To return or exchange, log in and submit a Return Items request. Wait for email approval, then ship the item to the US warehouse with a carrier you choose, and email the tracking number. Refunds go to your original payment method within up to 5 business days after inspection. You pay return shipping for personal reasons like change of mind or wrong size. Dourxi covers or reimburses it for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Support is at service@dourxi.com.

Dourxi advertises a 10-year limited warranty on its crib mattresses. The full warranty document isn't published as of September 2026. That covers defects, exclusions such as stains, misuse, normal softening and cover wear, claim steps, and whether the fix is repair, replacement or refund.

Confirm the complete terms in writing with service@dourxi.com before you buy.

Against crib-mattress rivals like Graco, Sealy, DaVinci, Serta and Newton, Dourxi is a budget direct-to-consumer foam-only specialist. Every model is a dual-sided infant-plus-toddler foam build with a washable cover, a 90-day trial and a 10-year limited warranty claim.

The trade-offs are no innerspring or coil option, no latex or certified-organic line, and no published foam densities or certificate numbers. We found no GREENGUARD or GOTS claims and no confirmed retail or showroom presence. You also pay return shipping on change-of-mind returns, unlike brands with free-return trials or store trials.

We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.
