Bradley Sleep with Nature Mattress Review

Bradley Sleep with Nature is the house natural-latex label of Bradley's Furniture/Sleep Etc. It's a family-run Salt Lake City sleep shop that traces back to the 1950s. It sells about seven latex and latex-hybrid models, from roughly $549 to $4,599. Serene lines carry 20-year warranties. You get a 30-day in-store exchange with a 20% fee, not a refund. It's best if you're a Utah shopper who wants locally made latex. The big catch is single-store availability.

Checked September 2026 against the brand's own pages and public listings. We haven't sleep-tested these mattresses, so treat this as a buyer's summary of what the brand publishes.

Which mattress suits your sleep needs?

Side sleepers get the closest fit from Serene Plush 100% Latex and Serene Hybrid Plush, which have thick Talalay comfort layers for pressure relief. The store suggests you add the removable or 1 to 3 inch topper for extra plush fill. Replenish Medium-Plush Euro Top is the hybrid alternative. Back sleepers have support-first options in Serene Firm (about 8 of 10), Earth-Foam Medium or Firm, Replenish Firm and Airy Firm Flat Top. For stomach sleepers, the store points you to Earth-Foam and Replenish Firm for flatter alignment.

If you're heavier, look at Serene Firm, Serene Hybrid with Quantum Edge coils and Replenish. Replenish has an 825-coil unit with a foam-encased edge. These are the most supportive builds. The brand doesn't publish weight limits (checked September 2026). If you switch positions, you'll get the most responsive feel from the latex-over-coil Replenish and Serene Hybrid.

If you sleep hot, you can look at latex breathability plus wool and organic cotton covers, which the store pitches for airflow and humidity reduction. We found no independent cooling tests. For allergy-sensitive shoppers, wool-free covers are available on request, and the fire layers use wool, not fiberglass.

Mattress prices and value

Mattress-only coupon pricing runs roughly $549 (Dreamer Twin) to $2,399 (Serene Plush King/Cal King). Mattress-plus-box sets run roughly $1,349 (Replenish Twin) to $4,599 list (Serene Plush King/Cal King). The store shows a strikethrough list price plus a red with-coupon and promo-box price. You can print coupons from the store coupons page.

Earth-Foam and Dreamer are the budget picks, at about $549 to $1,200 with coupon at smaller sizes. Airy and Replenish sit mid-range, at about $849 to $1,999 with coupon. Serene Plush and Serene Firm are the premium, at $1,249 to $2,999 mattress-only with coupon.

The store positions Earth-Foam as Avocado or Zenhaven quality at a lower price, made in the USA. The label page claims premium inputs. It says natural rubber latex costs about 10x poly foam, wool barriers about 5x rayon and organic cotton about 5x polyester blends. It says it still prices near or below market through word-of-mouth advertising. Those cost claims are brand-reported, not independently verified. The brand doesn't publish financing, price-match or sale-expiration terms (checked September 2026).

What are the mattresses made of?

Serene Plush 100% Latex has 4-inch All-Natural Talalay Plush for pressure relief and breathability. Then come 4-inch All-Natural Medium Talalay for support and 3-inch All-Natural Dunlop for stabilization (30 ILD Firm). It adds an optional 1 to 3 inch Plush Organic Dunlop or Talalay topper. An organic wool flame barrier surrounds the foam, with an Advanced Organic certified organic cotton comfort quilt. The edge-to-edge support is described as adjustable-bed friendly.

Serene Firm has 1-inch All-Natural Talalay Plush (18 ILD) over All-Natural Talalay Firm (32 ILD). It has an organic wool fire blocker and an organic cotton quilt, with no synthetic foams per the store. Serene Hybrid has 4-inch All-Natural Talalay Medium-Plush (19 ILD) over an 8-inch Quantum Edge pocketed-coil unit. The store links Leggett and Platt Quantum Edge as the reference. The cover and flame retardant are an organic cotton and wool blend.

Replenish has 2-inch Pure Organic Talalay (1-inch on Firm), 2-inch high-density soy-based comfort foam and a 2-inch soybean-oil transition layer. It sits on an 8-inch, 825-count, 14-gauge pocketed coil with a foam-encased edge. The cover is certified organic cotton with an embedded organic wool flame barrier. Earth-Foam 8-inch has a USDA GOLS-certified Dunlop core in Medium or Firm. It has an organic New Zealand wool flame barrier and no fiberglass, silica or glass-fiber fire materials. Airy has Pure Talalay latex plus CertiPUR-US certified Airy soft open-cell foam and soybean-oil foams. It has a certified organic cotton cover and an organic wool flame barrier.

The brand pages show USDA GOLS Dunlop and an organic New Zealand wool barrier on Earth-Foam. They show USDA organic latex on the Dreamer Plush option. They show certified organic cotton covers on Replenish and Airy, and CertiPUR-US Airy foam. The brand doesn't publish GOTS or GOLS certificate numbers (checked September 2026). It also doesn't publish OEKO-TEX for Sleep with Nature models, or latex ILD and density sheets beyond the figures above.

How well do the mattresses hold up?

Serene, Serene Hybrid and Replenish carry a 20-year warranty. Replenish is stated as 20-year free repair or replacement. Serene Firm and Serene Hybrid are stated as 20-year best-in-class. Earth-Foam carries a 10-year non-prorated warranty with a 1.5-inch body-impression guarantee. The store's durability thesis is brand-reported. It says latex beds outlast any other type and are the only product that can last longer than 10 years. It says Talalay lasts 20 or more years without breaking down.

The brand doesn't publish independent durability testing, sag-rate data, return-rate figures or comfort-life studies for Sleep with Nature models (checked September 2026). Latex-plus-coil builds (Serene Hybrid, Replenish) pair foam-encased or Quantum Edge units with latex comfort layers, which the store pitches for durability and responsiveness. All-latex Serene builds avoid coils entirely. The pages we found don't state Dreamer and Airy warranty lengths.

Customer reviews and complaints

On-site social proof is limited to embedded showroom testimonials, and all are positive. One 5-star review praises the patient, honest owner. Another 5-star note praises friendly, knowledgeable staff, no upselling and best price plus delivery. A mattress-budget review praises customer service and nightly sleep. The Sleep with Nature pages don't publish star counts, review volumes, model-level ratings or review dates.

The brand doesn't publish third-party ratings or complaint history (checked September 2026). That covers Google rating and count, Yelp, BBB, Sleep Foundation, Sleepopolis, Mattress Clarity and RTINGS. The contact page does point you to its Google business and Yelp pages for hours. We found no complaint themes, recalls or lawsuits. It's a single-store house label sold mainly in person, so feedback lives in showroom conversations, not online reviews. You should treat the testimonials as anecdotal and test the bed in the store.

Where can you try and buy?

You can try and buy only through Bradley's Furniture/Sleep Etc., 2255 S 300 W, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115. The phone is 801-484-1007. The store describes a large mattress try-out showroom and posts special hours on its home page and Google business page. You won't find other dealers. The brand doesn't publish online checkout, phone-order terms or satellite showrooms (checked September 2026).

There are two shippable exceptions. Dreamer ships free anywhere in the USA. Earth-Foam 8-inch is a free-shipping special-order Dunlop bed with an ETA of about 1 week. It arrives vacuum-packed in a box and expands the same night. Shipping terms for Serene and Replenish beyond local delivery aren't published. The same store also sells Serta, Savvy Rest and Honest Sleep certified-organic lines. It carries MLily and Mattress America bed-in-a-box, Therapedic latex lines and Nature's Rest organic latex and wool models. You can compare mainstream, organic and latex alternatives in one visit. Furniture is sold through a sibling furniture site.

Delivery, setup and removal

The store runs its own local delivery. A manager profile notes starting as a delivery man, and the exchange policy mentions delivery or swap-out fees. The brand doesn't publish delivery prices, zones, speed windows or room-of-choice details (checked September 2026). It doesn't publish setup specifics or old-mattress removal terms either.

For shipped models, Dreamer ships free anywhere in the USA. Earth-Foam ships vacuum-packed in a small bag in a box and expands quickly for same-night sleep. Mattress-plus-box set prices are listed per size, with the promo box included. The store sells platform and adjustable bed frames plus a box-spring category. The brand doesn't publish slat spacing, bunkie-board rules or adjustable-base compatibility beyond the note that edge-to-edge support is adjustable-bed friendly (checked September 2026).

Sleep trial and returns

Bradley's Sleep 30 Day Mattress Exchange Program is exchange only. It isn't a refund trial. You get one comfort or size exchange per customer per year on in-stock or standard-size mattresses and box springs. A 20% restocking fee (minimum $100) plus redelivery or swap-out fees applies. You must buy and use a waterproof mattress protector for the whole trial period to activate the exchange. Dreamer carries a 50% restock fee. Serta iComfort follows its own promotional trial terms.

The store says every mattress is sold brand new and sealed in plastic. The exception is when the invoice marks it as a 30-day trial return or display model. Discounted trial-return beds resell at 25 to 40% off. We found no free returns, no full refunds, no multi-exchange comfort trials and no online-cancel or ship-back process. The brand doesn't publish exchange eligibility for custom, special-order and Earth-Foam ETA orders (checked September 2026).

Warranty

Serene, Serene Hybrid and Replenish have 20-year warranties. Replenish is worded as 20-year free repair or replacement. Serene Firm and Serene Hybrid are worded as 20-year best-in-class. Earth-Foam 8-inch has a 10-year non-prorated warranty plus a 1.5-inch body-impression guarantee. The pages we found don't state Airy and Dreamer warranty lengths.

The brand doesn't publish coverage mechanics or sag-depth thresholds, except Earth-Foam's 1.5-inch guarantee (checked September 2026). It also doesn't publish prorated-versus-full schedules, foundation requirements, law-tag and stain exclusions, transportation charges or claim-filing steps beyond the 30-day exchange page. The Serene Plush page shows a Warranty heading that points to the 30-day exchange policy, not a full warranty document. You should get the written warranty at purchase. Also confirm whether the removable or pillow-top topper is covered with the mattress or separately.

Bradley Sleep with Nature vs. other brands

Against Avocado, the Earth-Foam page claims equal quality at a lower price, made in the USA. It says it avoids what it calls Avocado's rock-hard firm innerspring. Avocado counters with national DTC shipping, published GOTS and GOLS certifications and months-long trial returns, which Bradley's doesn't match. Against Zenhaven (Saatva latex), the store claims the same quality at a more affordable price with local try-before-buy. Zenhaven offers white-glove delivery, a long trial and national reviews.

Savvy Rest is sold in the same showroom. It offers certified-organic component customization and national credentials. Sleep with Nature competes on local pricing and made-in-Salt-Lake-City Serene builds. Mainstream latex hybrids include Saatva Latex Hybrid, PlushBeds and ordinary Talalay hybrids. Against them, Sleep with Nature wins on in-person testing, wool fire barriers and coupon pricing. It loses on published spec depth, third-party reviews, trial length and shipped convenience. Brand-reported cost and durability claims throughout are unverified.

How we put this review together

We read the brand's own product, policy and warranty pages, then checked retailer listings and public complaint sites like the Better Business Bureau. We last checked everything here in September 2026. Prices and policies change, so confirm them on the seller's page before you buy. You can read more in our methodology and editorial policy.

Quick answers before you buy

Is Sleep with Nature a national brand with online ordering?

No. It's Bradley's own house label, sold through its single Salt Lake City store at 2255 S 300 W (801-484-1007). Only the Dreamer value model ships free USA-wide, and Earth-Foam ships as a vacuum-packed special order.

What is the Serene Plush 100% Latex made of?

It has Talalay plush and medium layers over a Dunlop stabilization layer, with an optional organic latex topper. It also has an organic wool flame barrier and organic cotton quilt, and no synthetic foams per the Serene line description.

Can I return it for a refund if I don't like it?

No. The 30-day program is a one-time exchange per customer per year. It has a 20% restocking fee (minimum $100) plus redelivery fees. It requires a store-bought waterproof protector used throughout.

What warranty do I get?

Serene, Serene Hybrid and Replenish carry 20-year warranties. Earth-Foam carries a 10-year non-prorated warranty with a 1.5-inch impression guarantee. Full claim terms aren't published, so get them in writing.

Is it good for chemical-sensitive or hot sleepers?

The pitch is wool (not fiberglass) fire barriers, organic cotton covers with wool-free options on request, and breathable latex. The brand lists no lab certifications beyond the stated USDA, GOLS, organic-cotton and CertiPUR-US component claims.

How do prices work?

Strikethrough list prices drop with printable coupons and promo-box bundles. Your out-the-door price depends on size, coupon and foundation choice.
