Trial, return, warranty, and delivery

120 nights with a 30-night minimum for eligible mattress returns.
Return / exchange
Eligible direct purchases can be returned without a pickup fee. The terms set process deadlines and exclusions.
Warranty
Lifetime limited warranty for mattresses bought on or after 1 February 2025, with no-charge defect remedies in years 1–10 and prorated charges afterward.
Delivery
